Paul took care of all our transmission issues and went out of his way to make sure the issues were taken care of in their entirety. Our animals lives depend on our vehicles working properly and when our transmission failed Paul and RTS Transmission fixed it quickly and professionally. When we had an issue after getting the vehicle back Paul stood by his company’s work and made sure it was taken care of. I recently brought my 2014 Ram 1500 into their shop for a noisy transmission.They replaced the oil filter, fluids and performed some inspections.I just finished with a 1800 mile trip in the western US pulling a 30 travel trailer.No noise, pulled as if it were a new truck Thanks Paul and Mike Great job!

So we had a very bad malfunctionin out transmission while driving from Portland to San Diego with 4 women and 1 dog. It was pouring rain, and no one wanted to look at our car. Paul did answer the phone, told us to get there and he will help us. We limped our way there, took us an hour, Paul waited, looked at our car and fixed it. We managed to be on our way within an hour! He didn't only saved our lives that day, but he also followed up on us (he wanted us to call the next day lo tet him know we were OK). Paul is not only a great mechanic but also a wonderful person.
