The store was a little lacking but it had some cute stuff. However, one of the ladies working was quite rude when I asked for the bathroom code and that made me walk out without buying anything.. bad customer service :)

They gave good styles and Avery good price selections are great , not the same thing over and over the staff are ery professional and are willing to help you! That's a plus .

Staff is friendly, always trying to help despite the many things they go through. People can be rude and leave the store a mess, yet they are alway trying to clean up and stay friendly. This store has a different vibe than the other one. This store actually has employees that acknowledge and smile at you. They also don't stand for theft and keep an eye out for it. As a customer that makes me feel valued, that I pay and so does everyone else!

Always a great place to grab some affordable clothes. In my case I found a nice pair of brand name shoes on sale for 25% the other retail location had em listed.

The worst Ross store ever!!!!!! The store has thieves for employees!!! I accidentally left my wallet at the front counter and one of my friends it was with me told the employee hey that's my friends I will take it to him because she was going to where I was at the employee insisted that I had to come back to get it. I called the store to tell them that I was going to be coming in to get it and they asked me what was in the wallet I told them for sure I had two hundred-dollar bills and a few $20 bills and the manager insisted that there was no money in my wallet. Claiming that she's going to review camera footage. I have a feeling that they're going to cover up for their employees. Literally the second that I left it on the counter the employee grabbed it my friend had said. Disgusting of a store for their employees to act like this. Be contacting the BBB about this issue and corporate.
