The pharmacist that helped me today, 2/21/2024, made a huge positive impact on my day. I went there twice, once with a screaming baby in need of antibiotics for an ear infection, and then later for my own meds for sinus infection. The young man seemed to care that I was so sick, as well as my baby, and rushed to fill my prescriptions pretty much as soon as he received them. I appreciated this more than I could explain, as I had made two urgent care visits and two pharmacy visits after zero sleep for several nights with a sick baby, and did NOT want to be there waiting. I did not get his name and cannot find it on my paperwork, but I thank him from the bottom of my heart for helping me today.

The drive thru window is CLOSED due to stuff shortage. But pharmacy close on 8pm in weekdays

Pharmacist refuses to fill prescription even when the customer was told to contact insurance company and then the customer was then told to get a new prescription for the amount of pills that was not the full amount the doctor prescribed in the first place, then again the pharmist refused to give the customer the few pills that were represcribed by doctor and okayed by insurance. I have always used this pharmacy, but I will never use them again because of that one pharmist.

The employees at Rite Aid, (located on Court Street and Eureka Way), are always welcoming the moment you enter the store. Its very friendly and overall a good shopping experience

Normal pharmacy and has a gnc in the back. Interesting crowd gathering around of the homeless variety at night. Staff was great and helpful.

Filthy dirty store. Seriously disgusting. Also really messed up online system for making appointments for vaccines. I'm done. Won't be back.

Scheduled appointments here at the pharmacy for my mother and grandmother to receive a COVID vaccine, when they drove across town for it and arrived they were told that the appointments were “no where to be found” in their system. Ridiculous. When we provided them with the appointment confirmation numbers they still were “unable” to do anything. Won’t be doing business with Rite Aid on Eureka way again! Waste of time and gas.

How can the only plates available be 8 something when the ticket was 3 something and the kid who checked me out was not good at customer service.

This “GNC” they advertise as having is a fraud. Selection sucked. Customer service sucked too.

Came to Rite Aid because of excessive wait times and inefficiency at Walgreens - and I was so glad I did! Not only do I typically find a very short or no line at all when I pick up prescriptions, but the pharmacy always texts me when it’s time to for a refill. Such marvelous service!
