Great service all the way around. I went in today on a whim to see if they had anything within my price range, and was led over to my dream car which the manager later worked with me on to bring down to an affordable price. I want to personally thank Paul, Josh, Mike and Colin for being so helpful throughout. I’m beyond happy with my purchase and felt like there was transparency and professionalism in the way they did business. I’d definitely shop here again!

They lied on their commercial, it says no money down, don't pay anything for 90 daysLIES, LIES, LIES. EVEN WITH GOOD CREDIT AND A COSIGNER - THEY WANTED $8000 / $10,000 down on a $17,000 new car*And* they don't do leases on their used $8,000 Subarus ??

My 22 outback had a leaking oil pan which was covered under warranty. I brought the vehicle to Redding Subaru to have the warranty work performed. Vehicle was returned to me and after driving the vehicle about 300 miles there was a loud exhaust leak. Found that the nuts for the exhaust manifold had been left loose and a few were missing. The exhaust manifold has to be removed for removal of the oil pan. Brought the vehicle back to Subaru to have the issue taken care of. Drove the vehicle after repairs had been performed for the exhaust leak. After about 3000 miles another exhaust leak could be heard. Found one missing exhaust flange nut and 3 other loose nuts. This time I had it fixed elsewhere as Subaru doesn't seem to be very good at tightening nuts and bolts.

I had my rear brakes done at an independent shop in Roseville instead of the Subaru dealership because of the cost. One month later, my wife and I were heading to Washington for Thanksgiving. When leaving a rest area, there was a clunking noise coming from the rear of the car and a very disturbing grinding noise. We located the nearest Subaru dealership and called them about it. I drove it back to Redding to the Subaru dealership, where it was discovered that a bolt on the brakes had come out and tore the e brake wire. They were able to fix the problem, and we were back on our way after a 4 hour delay. Thank you, Redding Subaru, for being quick and very understanding of our situation.

Bad experience.. the workers kept mixing up the vehicle I was looking at and kept changing the monthly price on me...went down to chico subaru and they were a lot nicer, professional and helpful.

They had my car for about 2 weeks for a part that had to be ordered. They had no loaner vehicle available. Then had to take my car back to have them check it again because the check engine light came back on. They had it for another week but was able to supply a vehicle that time. They are pleasant and nice tho!

Biggest rip off imaginable. They were attempting to charge me $155 for diagnostic and $285 for repair. I was going to need to make a second appointment for repair because they didn't have the part. The next day I took car to another auto place who said the part was fine, didn't need to be replaced, they repaired on the spot in less than 10 minutes, and I asked what the charge was and he said it was free. I insisted that he take $20..It was like night and day the service I received from the other repair place. I thought I would try Subaru repair out, and I have discovered it to be the biggest rip-off imaginable. Highway robbery, and nothing less. Save your money and go somewhere- anywhere- else.Too bad there isn't a minus stars. They would receive that.

I have a 2016 Subaru Forester. I love my Subaru. I will never buy anything else other than a Subaru. The service department at the Subaru Dealer in Redding is outstanding, they go above and beyond to help their customer service skills are excellent I couldn't say anymore and Michael, the service manager is the best.

My mother got a car from here two months ago it was supposed to have a warranty. The car started messing up a week after she purchased it. It now is having major problems. She took it to them because they told her she had a warranty. They are trying to charge for $3000 to fix the car now they’re telling her there’s no warranty and then they told her there is a warranty and now she has a pay $500 they’re just giving her a run around I would save your time and just go to Lithia Toyota ! My mom is now stuck with a lemon !!!!

I was late for my appointment, but they got me right in. Clay is professional, very friendly and accommodating. Estimated 1 hr and 15 minutes but had my car done in under 30. Dog friendly, with treats and refreshments available for both dogs and humans!

Our navigation system locked up and Jason did a hard reset (disconnected the battery) and got us back on the road in no time at all. He was very friendly, helpful, polite and entertaining.
