Great company to drive for. Family owned business that actually has a heart and cares about their drivers. They actually call you by name and not a number. The equipment is properly maintained and repairs if needed are done immediately. I’ve been a driver for years and had actually retired. I decided to return to the industry out boredom. RLT is my hometown carrier and it’s a prefect fit..get home when needed and actually able to sleep in my own bed a few nights a week. My house is right in our lane..my own shower, laundry, bed..my private truck stop and resort..lol.

Most generous trucking company I’ve ever worked for. The staff is like a family to me during my employment there. The Lead Shop Mechanic is extremely informative and helpful for mechanical needs. As an experienced Truck driver I could say that, “I am a priority” while I was working there. I was treated in the Office with Utmost Respect! I Love and will Never forget the office staff including Lead Mechanic at RLT. Thank You for Your generosity while I was employed there in Redding, CA.God Bless You All at RLT!

Reasonable sized Logistics company to drive for. Very low micromanaging! Decent trucks to drive, flexible rider program, and if you are over the road you can opt in your own fridge in the passenger seat!

Huge, paved trucking yard. Friendly neighbors. This trucking company has a full on scale, fueling islands, dock, repair shop, paved yard, and more. Their equipment is top of line, and most if not all of their trailers are air-ride. They are hiring.
