YIKES! DO NOT USE KYLE! Just asked for the price of a 2020 Honda Accord touring, and a salesman named Kyle called me back. When he told me $32,000, I said I wasn't interested and the price was too high. Kyle called me back to make snotty comments about the car and ask how they should price it. He said they prices it based off Kelly Blue Book and made more snotty comments. Kelly Blue Book price for the vehicle is 28k max from a dealership. Looked at that before even asking them. Talk about poor customer service!

It was wonderful Peyton picked the perfect car for me I love it, I didn't feel like I was just a sale to him by the end I felt like we were friends if you want to be treated like a person and not a sale go to KIA REDDING and ask for Peyton he will take care of you above and beyond. THANK YOU PEYTON

Been sitting here for 3 hours not one person working here has checked in with me to give me any info on my car and it is being fitted in as I don't have any a/c and it's leaking fluid and it gets 120 plus where I live and I have had heat stroke before and no appointments available for weeks but still at least acknowledge me and how long I have been sitting here give me some kind of update after 3 hours. They were able to fit my car in and look at it. Too late to fix today. Come back for work to be done.

This is our second time working with Caleb, and he has been and continues to be great to work with. You can tell he really cares about his customers (i.e. he checks on how the vehicle is doing afterwards and even checked in a few months since purchasing) and exemplifies great, personable, and memorable customer service. We've never had a salesperson that was so conscientious and and sure we understood the features, and it really sets him apart. Definitely recommend Caleb and Redding Kia!We also really appreciate Cody- we're repeat customers because of how well they treated us the first time- and think that him being upfront, transparent and personable, while also maintaining that air of care truly makes a difference.Both don't come off as trying to sell you, and while it's obviously sales, they absolutely approach it humanistically. We'll be back for our next car!

Peyton did a great job assisting me with buying our car! I was in a bit of a time crunch and he was able to help me and my wife look at all the possibilities, which included driving multiple cars to my house, so that she could test drive them. We landed on a 2020 Niro Hybrid, which fit our needs well, and we were able to finalize the purchase that day. I’d recommend Peyton to anyone looking for a quality car-buying experience.

Walked in to just see what was out there and walked away with a brand new Kia Telluride! While all the staff was amazing, I wanted to personally recognize our sales consultant Hayden D. He was super friendly and personable and very non-pushy. He worked with us to get the price we needed and genuinely seemed to have our best interest in mind. Would definitely recommend anyone in the market to go see Hayden!

This is a general review for Kia cars, not reflecting this local dealership. Warning....if anything goes wrong with your vehicle, at no fault of your own, Kia customer service will deny any assistance. Purchased a Kia in good shape. Out of nowhere, for no reason, ALL the paint started to peel off. Kia refused to cover it. Extremely poor customer service. Never will purchase a Kia again.

Quick summary: 100% recommend, professional, patient, accommodating, stellar service, wonderful people! Read the more in-depth review for details. My family has been driving Kia's since 2015. Never have we had an issue that Kia wasn't willing to resolve. Not only do they offer the best warranty, most reliable vehicles, and greatest deals when it comes to value (quality vs price, the quality always outweighs the price), but the service can't be beat.I'm new to the area and when my car needed service I tried to schedule trips down to my original dealership. What a huge mistake. On the suggestion if a close friend I tried Redding Kia. Let me tell you... I have never been so happy with a decision in my life. Not only do they match all of what I've come to know and love about Kia in the past, but the people here really care about making you happy. Hopefully I don't have to come in too often, but in my experience thus far there have been two names that I committed to memory. In the Service Department, Amber Griffith. Professional, methodical, and one heck of a problem-solver. She was always understanding and kind. Also very attentive, no matter how busy she gets, she always checks in and lets you know what is going on. She has gone above and beyond for my family and I, I think part of what means the most is how patient and understanding she has been. Coordinating our unusual dynamics and schedules can be hectic to say the least. A truly impressive human being. In the Sales Department, Terry "Pops" Giomi.Incredibly helpful, patient, brilliant, this person made me feel welcome from the second I pulled in (I came for a service appointment) to the moment I left. I asked about what's new with this year's models, he knew it all by heart, I told him how I was new to the area, he told me about how amazing this dealership works together and how they tie in with the community, even answered questions about a few local restaurants and places I could check out. He really made me feel like a friend or family and less just a customer, but still kept it professional that when I needed anything like to test out seating and how I fit into vehicles he was happy to accommodate. A stellar person. Thank you all for the experience the service the info and I look forward to doing more business here!
