Scheduled an appointment for 9 a.m. to get 4 new tires put on my wife's car, arrived early. At 10:45 I asked for an update; I was told they had one more tire to put on. 45 minutes later I get up to ask for another update; I am told the car is ready. I go into the car, and my tire gauges show that 2 of the tires only have 25 PSI of air in them. Kia apologizes and takes the car back again. 15 minutes later... 15 minutes, mind you, to inflate 2 tires... I am told the car is ready. I look and see that none, not a single one, of the tires have the tire caps on. I know all 4 were on when I brought the car in. By this time I am absolutely done. 3 hours to put on 4 tires, and they couldn't even do it right. Never again Kia, that is the worst tire service I have ever experienced in my 30+ years of buying tires. Nothing else is even close.

Trying to buy a Kia part however when you call it promts you to press 3 for parts then transfers your call to receptionist who then asks where she can transfer your call (why did I press 3 then) and then she tries parts and they never answer so she gets back on the phone and say would you like the voice-mail multiple days same experience

Always professional when I go in to get my oil changed! Everyone greets me. Things are done in a timely manner. Facility is clean. Employers are dressed well. The vibe is always good. Would 100% recommend!!

I have to say I am the owner of market street automotive here in Redding I do all my own repairs and brought my car in for manufacture recall and your service writers are polite clean and professional the service staff had my car back in a couple hours just as they said and everything is great keep up the good work.

Reading the reviews of Kia Dealerships near Chico CA, it became apparent there were only 3: Roseville Kia, Geweke Kia in Yuba City, and last but not least, Redding Kia. As an owner of a Kia I found myself reading back and forth which of the 3 mentioned above was the better for servicing the vehicle. Reviews at best are tricky, and at worst can be severely misleading. Noticed that one of the two websites tends to rate higher than the other. Is an arduous task to read reviews, from shinning 5 stars to devastating bad 1 stars. The best formula I have found is the law of averages. The thing is that KIA has to be serviced at an official KIA, simple as that. So I chose Redding KIA, 70+ miles from Chico. Let’s just say they seemed the better choice.
Took the 99 and slowly but surely enjoyed the sights until connecting with the 5 Freeway.
Service Department, attentive and courteous, service needed executed well enough to please my critical nature. Service advisor helpful and efficient at his job Mr. Jose Yzaguirre, led me to believe fair play would take place. I’ve had over the years some scandalous businesses demoralize me to no end, among them the car industry, which should come as no surprise to some good people.
Must mention Monica? nice lady who set up my appointment and extremely congenial on the phone while doing it.
Overall, my first visit in Northern California to Redding KIA could be considered a thumbs app. 4.5 Stars.

Dude, we been waiting since 8am it's now 2pm. Do the math, the wait hour is ridiculous.
It's not the wait bothering me, it's the fact that our car (KIA) took a dump on Buck Horn late last night, had to sleep in the car all night, not gonna lie the KIA not built to sleep in. Felt like I was sleeping on a jail bed.
I'm tired and hurting, and don't want to wait 8 hrs just to do a oil change, and fix a belt. Was told at 11am it be a hour, nope they come back out again at 12:30 pm and says it be a hour more....
My word to the wise, go to a other dealership in town or if you really want a KIA travel some place else.
Kia do better, you are a billionaire company and it's a shame how you treat people.

My 2012 Kia Sportage blew the motor. Thankfully, the chassis was still in warranty. I got a refurbished motor and has Flawless ever since. Very friendly people and even though I live over 2 1/2 Hours away, I would make the trip to them for any thing having to do with my Kia. I purchased my car from San Jose California but when I moved up here, I had to find another dealership. Thank you very much!

YIKES - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I just had a salesman named Kyle call me back to make snotty comments because I told him I wasn't interested in a car. Talk about poor customer service!
