Great selection, everything you need from tools to all types of fasteners!
But their best asset is customer service. Always helpful, friendly, and kind. We also want to give an extra big shoutout to Brae. He is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. It's customer service from folks like him, that make a business successful. Keep up the good work, it's appreciated!

I have been looking for some odd ball nuts and U-bolts, needless to say I was ticked off especially after researching Fastenal on line, I live closer to the mountain lakes store, nothing on line mentioned that store was Fulfillment only, so I knew from the research they had a store on Airport Rd. And I thought I remembered seeing their store on airport rd. So, I headed over there. I couldn't find the store but found Fasteners Inc. Needless to say, when I pulled into the parking lot, all I could see was Tools this and Tools that the only mention of Fasteners was in the name alone. So, I didn't bother to go in. Now I find out they do have Fasteners and probably what I was looking for but all I saw when I was there is that they were a Tool Store. So now I will have to make another trip over there to see if they have what I need. Unless I can find a Store that says they actually sell fasteners.

This place is great! I wasn't even sure what tool I needed and they showed me a few things and I found exactly what I wanted. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much for the help!

Excellent customer service every time I come. Abi is a rockstar !!! My go to girl on products... But the team in general is great ... Ignore Home Depot!! A lot of the items are better priced here and they actually care about giving good service, and they even deliver to your site ... they really give you the great old hardware store vibe between the customer service and savings ... I know for me getting great service and recommending to products on the projects you're working on and then being accurate is huge .. definitely will be coming back multiple times ...and not because I got recommended the wrong item lol , anyway if you haven't been here yet ...you should... as soon as possible and check out there great services and invotry

The company is a misrepresentation of reputable company. False advertisement along with the ability to refute photo of the wrong item sent to say it was the correct item. The photo clearly shows it did not match the item advertised.
