The best body shop in town! They have fixed multiple cars of mine. I've never had anything but great customer service, communication of what is happening and assisting me navigate the insurance company.

We ended up going to the dealership. But the lady that ran the office was extremely helpful and friendly. If we hadn't needed another part we would have gone with them.

The work was done very well, but the customer service was very lacking. People were like enough, but the communication about my replacement part was horrible and frustrating. I spent literally 2 months trying to replace my headlight. I was okay with the part taking time to get to me. I wasn't okay with not getting updates for weeks at a time- being told they'd call me back when I checked in, just to hear nothing again. I really figured I'd paid my money just to be forgotten.

My husband hit a deer and it did a lot of damage to his truck. I am so glad that we found Redding Collision Center! Our insurance company was a joke to work with and so frustrating. It was nice dealing with such great customer service at Redding Collision Center. They were very helpful and knowledgeable the entire time. The truck came out looking great!Service: Body & Trim

My sunroof blew out of my car. I checked around and found Redding Collision Center to be the best price and would do the job. One day from start to finish . Great job .. Great price .. Job was less then the quote they gave me .. I hope I never Need a body shop .. But if I do .. I will go here for sure ..
