Billy Joe and Greg were both very wonderful and so helpful. They listen and they care about giving their customers the best service. They are understanding and accommodating and I feel comfortable asking them all sorts of questions. The vehicle we purchased has some cosmetic fixes that need to be done and they were happy to see to it that it gets done. Even when we came home with the car, we found a few other minor things that need to be fixed, but they were understanding over the phone and were super kind about it. I'm very thankful that they genuinely care and want the best for their customers. Being a used car, we know that it wasn't going to be perfect, but with the low miles, and newer year vehicle that it is, we are hopeful that it'll be a reliable car for us and our future. It's a kickass car for sure, which is why we wanted it despite the minor imperfections that are easily fixable, to which isn't at all the dealerships fault, but they are still happy to fix them. Overall, we are loving our new(used) car and we can't thank them more for being so accommodating, helpful, listening to our concerns, pulling some strings, and making the process easy and not stressful for us new buyers! Thank you again Billy Joe and Greg for all that you did for us! We greatly appreciate you guys and love our car!!?

Sold me a car with transmission issues that started less than a week from purchasing and told me “that’s what you get for buying a used car”. Would not help out in anyway. Terrible service and sexist remarks. I was told “you’re too pretty to be mad” “you would get more help if you weren’t so upset” those statements were told to me after they had my car for 2+weeks while they “fixed” my ac. I took the car to another mechanic and they said that the AC was overfilled and a needs new transmission.
**update** the transmission exploded internally only after 2 years of having the car.

DO NOT TRUST THIS TRUCK LOT. Always always ask for the carfax here AND read ALL of it. I bought a truck here from Billy T. I GREATLY regret trusting him and this car lot. They crook you and lie to you. The air conditioner was completely broken, they had just installed 4 new tires and a lift kit. The tires turned out to be the wrong ones for this type of truck, they rub on the fenders because they are too big for the truck. The lift made the rear end sway, I had to tighten it. The carfax showed 2 accidents and he didn't really want to show us the carfax but we insisted and then he tried to cover up the accidents. There were 2 accidents and he said there was only one. LIE. One trick they use is to act like your financed monthly payment is higher then what it really is and get you to agree, then say oh I got it for lower, but then use the difference to get you to buy the extended warranty which magically made the monthly payment back to what you ORIGINALLY agreed to. TRICK. LIE. Billy T took advantage of us so completely and worked the numbers with all of his lies and tricks to work it out that our trade-in didn't make a dent. He essentially got the trade in for free. Truck was overpriced as it was the low base model for that truck with 2 accidents yet we paid TOP dollar for it with a botched lift and tire job and a broken air conditioner. BEWARE!!!!!!! LIES LIES LIES TRICKS TRICKS TRICKS.

Went to Car and Truck Center and found a Yukon XL that we liked. Was met at the door by Mike Hardy and we talked about the car and took it for a drive. Was very nice and informative. Got back and we talked about the financial part and he was very upfront and honest about all the steps. Very happy we went Here and found our new family car.

They offered very low on our trade in, office is crowded and the detail crew really overdoes it on using interior shine products the passenger door has permanent drip marks! We are happy with our vehicle but I know now we over paid, they have zero warranty not even 30 days or anything. Just an option to pay $5k for a long term warranty. No price negotiation. Won’t buy here again

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Besides having to sit there for nothing for 6 hours in one day waiting to see if you're approved for the vehicle you want and it gets sold right out from underneath you. And not hearing back from them again at all. They don't care about you getting into a safe and reliable vehicle. They care about a sale. I will never step foot in this place again!!!
