Opened a checking account and they have no staff to get me a card to use. My money is just sitting in my account rendered useless.

Don’t choose this bank I beg you to go elsewhere. I deeply deeply regret going to Columbia bank.

I'm very pleased with this bank. They are all so friendly and I have never had any issues or problems with them making any errors or mistakes (unlike the worst bank TriCounties!)
