Fantastic work buffing out and cleaning the interior of a 10-year old Toyota Four Runner. I was referred, because RCAT does most of the detailing for dealerships in Redding. Completely satisfied!

I'm actually really disappointed with the service I received from this place. It was honestly such a bad experience from beginning to end. Do yourself a favor, and save yourself a headache by not taking your car here. I had received a gift card from my son to get my car detailed from here. I called, set up "an appointment" and let them know I had a giftcard. The gentleman I talked to said it was all set up and to drop my car off that Friday morning. When I did so, the employees seemed confused and right out annoyed. I was told to go ahead and leave it and "they guess they'd get it done." As the day went on, it was a series of phone calls from them asking "what I wanted done to my car?". I was only getting a basic detail, however, they seemed extremely put out. The whole thing seemed off. When I finally went to pick my car up late in the day, they were still "working" on it. I'm not even joking, a young man was sitting in my car, wiping down my dash, while smoking a cigarette. Yes, smoking a cigarette. I was so over my whole experience by then, but it gets worse. When I went to talk to the gentlemen and pay, he informed me he wouldn't except my gift card. The same gift card my son had recently purchased for me for Mother's day. Even though it had all of their business logos and information on it, he claimed it was from a previous owner. From what, a month before?! I really attempted to understand where this guy was coming from, even though it seemed completely unlikely, and I even offered to split the difference with him, which I honestly thought was way more than fair. Nope, he would not do it and I ended up paying for a bad detail job, service and experience that my son had already previously paid for. I left there upset and disappointed that this was how they conducted business. There was no reason why they shouldn't have honored my gift card, I think they were just annoyed from the start. It was really, really terrible. I will personally never be going back there, as well as non of my family members or friends, or anyone else that I can warn. This place lost a lot of really good business from this transaction and I'll be surprised if they last long. Please take my warning and do not go here.

Great service ! They got me in quickly , and my car looks fantastic . I was amazed when I saw the mess they were able to get out .
