if I could, I'd put zero stars. I've been coming here for a few years, I've had a lot of problems that I usually was able to brush off (i.e: i was bringing in a paper prescription from the e.r but water had gotten on it from the rain and a pharmacy staff refused to take it due to it "possibly being body fluids") but this past week I've been trying to get medicine from the E.R filled there and the pharmacist refuses to fill it and give it to me. so I ended p speaking to the E.R, and they said its her who's Calling them and telling them she wont fill it.

Horrible customer care. Medications stolen from me and I’m now caught in between this pharmacy and my prescriber because the pharmacist doesn’t trust telehealth services. Refused to provide hold over supply until her and the doctor could figure this out.So not only did I get robbed but now I have to prove I’m not selling anything first before this joke of a pharmacy will help me. 5 days without medication - GREAT customer care.

My husband had a terrible experience. The pharmacy will not honor the refill his doctor called in. I tried to call the corporate office and was hung up on. Very displeased.

We've been using Raley's pharmacy for many years. It's convenient because I grocery shop there often. The pharmacy staff are friendly and helpful. I give 4 stars because they are often running behind and most of the pharmacists are difficult to understand due to language barriers.

Extremely slow filling prescriptions with little regard to their customers. We've had multiple issues with getting prescriptions filled in a timely manner or even having the meds in stock. I'll be finding a new pharmacy after today!

Should have zero stars I can leave my doctor and have my prescription sent to Walgreens its ready within a couple hours. Rayleys on the other hand acts oblivious and procrastinating saying they just got it even if i go in several days later

I've been a very long term customer of Raley's Pharmacy. The last few years I must say have been awful and I'm going to have to make the tough decision to find a new pharmacy asap where I hope the pharmacists have at least an ounce of compassion. That would be a lot more than these people are giving out right now. I'd like to leave detail but won't since this is a public forum.

discount was not honored and disappeared as soon as I tried to claim it. stating it was expired which was a lie. I pared my order down to the minimum needed for free delivery instead of the large order I was originally placing. dishonesty is truly disgusting and I will not shop at Raleys Redding again. that type of behavior does not warrant my business.

Switching pharmacies asap the staff here is flat out lazy the they act like teenagers who are forced to be at work take extended lunch breaks and close early not friendly at all I've gone here a total of 5 times and have had negative experiences all 5 times even when they get your prescription from your doctor it depends on if they want to to it then or 3 days from then ridiculous

I dread refilling my prescriptions every month because this place is so incompetent. I call in to the pharmacy as soon as my meds are eligible for a refill because I know it's going to take forever to refill them, there's always an issue. I call them and request a refill, if there are no refills left and I know they have to get in touch with my dr, I always have to call the dr the next day and ask if they got anything from the pharmacy regarding the refill. They always claim they haven't heard from the pharmacy so I have to ask for the refill myself. Then after I get a call and text from the dr confirming that they sent in the RX I have to call Raleys the next day to confirm that They got the RX, which they always say they didn't and have to look for it. After they've found it (which they always do) I must wait another day or two in hopes it is ready, which half the time it is still not ready. I call and ask if it's ready, of course it's not ready but "they will call me when it is ready." I have to keep calling because I NEVER get called saying its ready. Unfortunately my life kinda depends on these medications. I'm done doing the same song and dance. My last experience ended with them putting my medication back because I didn't have insurance anymore. Well I still need the medication. I had called them earlier that day asking if they'd received the other RX from my dr and they never said anything about an issue with the medication that should've already been filled. So now I have to wait even longer to get the medication that they had put back.
