The tall blonde is very rude and snarky. I had an 8am appt for a TB quant and I also needed a UDS. She says that UDS are done after 10 and proceeded to point out the time on my form. But was speechless when I pointed out that both forms had the same time and tb quant are done before 10 am. I left and returned without an appt and she and her co-workers did everything they could not to call me back. Even with no one else in the waiting area. Yes I know walk ins have to wait but they were calling people that checked in 40 mins early. Redding has some of the rudest people I’ve ever met!

It's helpful to make your appointment prior to your blood draw then you will be seen at the time you requested.

I don't like coming here but I do. Results reached my physician in 34 hours. The technicians I've met were competent & civil, if not warm. My insurance has covered everything so far. But I don't want to encourage the business model that has eliminated a receptionist in favor of kiosks & computer screens. They bandaged me with a 2x2 and 4" of cheap paper tape, forget wrapping it with a couple turns of the compression tape that will stay on until you remove it. No public restroom... What other corners can they cut? Or HAVE they cut?

It's impossible to get ahold of someone by phone here. I called to ask a simple question and was routed in circles by its automated system. If somebody sees this review, please let me know how I can get connected with somebody in the office.

My young kids needed their blood drawn today. I had been procrastinating and dreading the experience. I found that the location of this lab is beautiful and calming, and the lab is exceptionally clean. Moreover, the staff REALLY shine. I wish I knew the names of all who worked with my kids today because they were incredibly kind and helpful, calm and patient, even when faced with a very frightened child screaming for her dear life close to their faces. I wish I could give more stars to counteract the bad reviews, because my husband and I are so so appreciative.

The level of incompetence and customer service is shockingly bad. I go for my appointment I make days in advance, only to be told my lab order wasn’t clear enough. (I could read every word). I then have my doctor fax it the next day. I try to call to verify it’s acceptable so I don’t waste my time again.. only to discover they do not accept phone calls. I would strongly suggest another provider if you can

I don't know why so many other people who took the time to leave a review left one about a bad experience here, but my visit was comparable to or better than Labcorp. Check-in at the self-serve kiosk is essentially the same (I posted a pic of the kiosk) and the wait for me as a walk-in was minimal, maybe 3-5 minutes. Lobby was clean, and phlebotomist was skilled, asking which arm had the best results with prior blood draws, and painlessly getting the needle in and blood drawn. FYI, it's not required, but if you bring your doctor's order printed out, it will remove any chances for errors with what tests they run or getting the results delivered.The only reason I'm leaving 4 stars rather than 5 is Quest as a company can't be bothered to update their website and phone staff to reflect that the Cypress Ave location no longer exists and I wasted more than 20 minutes driving around trying to find it. So that lame lack of respect for customer's time loses the company a star off the review for this location.

They close at 5 and we arrived at 4:30. There is a kiosk to sign in and no one was at the desk. The kiosk said that no one appointments were available. There was someone who made an appearance but then quickly disappeared. No clue what the deal is because no one helped!

I saw the most amazing customer service from the phlebotomist, Tori, yesterday. Two elderly patients, both born in 1935, had been scheduled at a Quest location across town. When they arrived at the location they found it to be closed with no notice being provided to them. They had both fasted for their blood draws. They were under the pressure for an upcoming Dr’s appointment. Even though Tori had brought a patient in for a blood draw at that moment the elderly couple begged for some help, she was willing to listen patiently. Without being scheduled at this location, Tori took the time to help them navigate the patient kiosk, assisted with helping them on their personal phone also navigate the Quest website, and helped get them appointments at the new location later in the day. One of the most amazing customer service efforts I have seen in a long time! I think Quest needs to rethink doing away with receptionist/front counter help in their locations. It is unfair to have to require blood draw staff who are so tightly scheduled with the task of handling front counter duties. It goes with out saying that the majority of their customers are coming in with different health conditions and may have questions or need assistance from somebody working the front counter.

The girl was so nice to me. Forgot her name but she had shoulder length platinum hair. She was very gentle and kind. No bruise!

Nobody told me I needed an appointment. Had to wait so long that my 16 year old fell asleep. Never coming back.The nurse was nice and funny though.

absolutely terrible. It was the only one open so I did not have many options. This place is the worst. The staff are terrible the staff are rude.
