I am very shocked about this particular hotel. When I was first assigned to spend the night here working related I noticed it was a two-star hotel, I don't see you why is only a two star, I was very impressed with the bed being very comfortable, it has a microwave a refrigerator, looks like a brand new air conditioner heater, the bathroom has a really nice tub they even provided shampoo conditioner add body lotion in the shower, I have all the same amenities as I would in a five-star hotel, the location really nice secluded and the best part they have barbecue area with picnic benches to do a barbecue outside I recommend this place to anyone give it a chance a lot of people see that and they frown upon it or I can't stay there, display shock Me and it has a coffee pot, I stay a lot at Gold Country casino, their hotel a little bit bigger maybe with a small couch, again I'm impressed with the room that I'm staying. I like to do reviews because I travel a lot, and trust me I have stayed in two star hotels way way way way way way way way worse than this,

Best motel I've been in. Only problem is the 3rd floor after working a 12 hrs day is too much. But the staff makes up for the long climb. So friendly and inviting.
Rooms: So clean. Well maintained.
Nearby activities: Near stores and shops.
Safety: Felt very safe.

This was not a pleasant stay. Check in went well. I was given a room around back that seemed to have homeless living in them and around them. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Until I left at 2 am nothing but party in parking lot, loud talking, doors of motel slamming and car doors slamming. Put in two complaints and not resolved. Asked for money back as I had to leave and go sleep at a rest stop. I didn't want to put in a bad review but upset that They don't seem to want to refund me just give points i'll never use.

I am always pleased with my stay at Redding’s Quality Inn. My room is always clean and comfortable, the front desk is always so helpful, and the breakfast is of the highest quality. I look forward to staying there on my next trip.

Room 110 - smelled like it had a leftover cigarette smoke smell. Two twin beds - The one by the door the sheets smelled like cigarette smoke. And there was like hair etc. on the sheets.
The other bed smell clean but there was pupic hair on them. & bed bed crawling on the pillow. Pillowcases were dirty.
The two chairs were filthy,
The floors didn't look like they've been cleaned.
There was some kind of sauce splattered on one of the walls.
I didn't wanna touch anything or anything to touch my stuff.
Noteworthy details: NEVER AGAIN
The quality Inn I've stayed at in Medford Oregon And Mammoth Lakes California was clean. And nice

Room was fine however the front desk called our room at 4am and woke us up to say they made some mistake at check-in and didn't charge our card for the room and wanted us to get out of bed and come into the office and pay.

This hotel is very loud. Doors starting slamming, cars starting beeping and the Bigfoot upstairs started trodding around right at 5am. No waffle machine at breakfast, which is usually standard at lower end motels like these. The pillows are half pillow, the air doesn't work, the area is surrounded by homeless people. I could go on and on. I gave it 2 stars because of the helpful young man at the front counter when I checked in. Staying here makes me never want to stay at a quality inn again.

In the middle of my stay and so far better than good... The manager balances professionalism and friendliness so I am well taken care of and I have faith in a job well done!!!
And it costs less than it looks!!!
