“I went today to mail my fingerprints with a FedEx shipping label. I was waiting in line then a customer service agent, Luka, came to assist me so I don't have to wait in line. Luka took care to put separate sheets of papers between my fingerprints cards. He also placed card boards to sandwich the papers inside so they don't get bent and damaged. I was like were do you find such a great service in an American store anymore? Luka made my day today. I'm quite happy with his professionalism and diligence. He is definitely a 5 stars person.
