1000 percent never go here absolutely terrible I got an oil change and a month later had a check engine light from leaking oil FROM THEM never had this problem and now I have to change my cat because it leaked into my cat 0 STARS

Only giving 4 stars because when they lubed my doors, there was oil dripping down the side of them when I got home. Also, my hood and other parts of my truck were covered in oil from their hands... 130 dollars for oil change come on guys, shouldn't have oil all over my truck. Other than that they were fast and very friendly

My husband spoke to the manager and he re buffed and vacuumed out the car. Looks great!! Thank you for making it right!
Went to premiere car wash in redding ca to take advantage of their summer detail special. I went in June and they did a fantastic job, not the same story yesterday. I asked to have my trunk vacuumed and was told if its empty it's part of the detailing. I had removed everything from the car so no issues. When I got it back and Hour later the spray wax had dried in the spray form it was applied and never wiped out so I now have a streaked hood. The trunk, back window sill and the door pocket wasn't even vacuumed out. Not sure what took an hour to do. Too bad I didn't get the same employee as I did in June. The two that worked yesterday not good.

When I had my Ford Focus I enjoyed stopping by and getting my oil change and a nice cold beverage and then afterwards getting a car wash. Always brought the kids as they love the car wash!

Fantastic experience. My husband told me to come here for my oil change. The employees are very kind and thorough. I didn’t realize at first that a car wash was included! It was much needed, so that was great. After the car wash there are vacuum hoses that you can use to clean out the inside of your car. I came for only an oil change and left with a sparkling clean vehicle!! Very happy, highly recommend.

Horrible experience!
Second time I’ve been here for an oil change on same car. I’ll never go back.
This time they told me it would take 35 minutes. They moved me to a different line saying it would be faster. 7 cars went through the first line l was in before I moved into the bay. I was there for over 2 hours.
They discovered they were putting on the wrong filter when it would not thread on correctly. They could not get the air filter housing off which they took off last time to check the filter. So I’m sure they put it back on incorrectly.

For a whopping $22 my car came out in more or less the same state as it went in. There's a reason they have "rewashing stations". You'll have to wash it yourself.
The duck place is waay better at half the price.
Lesson learned.
