I booked an appointment over the phone with Ann the owner. When I went the gal cut my hair but didn't bother to tell me her name until she was finished. I then found out Ann gave my appointment to her and didn't bother to tell me! I find this extremely unprofessional and rude-? Speaks volumes to the character of Ann! The haircut by Trella was so bad, I had to get it fixed immediately. The salon I found to fix my hair said she fixed five hair cuts from Trella in one week! I don't recommend Trella or Precision Hair at all! Unprofessional, rude and needs a lot more training!

I walked in today and Amber squeezed me in for a bang trim despite being booked and short staffed. I really appreciated it because my bangs were driving me crazy. It would be nice if they weren’t short staffed but I appreciate her helping me anyways. Also, my bangs look great- the perfect length!Service: Haircut

I've been going to Amber for a few years now and she does phenomenal work. She's attentive and really listens to my requests. I have a lot of thick/unruly hair and I often ask for different cuts each time. No matter what I ask for, I always leave the salon smiling ear to ear. Amber also cut my partners very thick and curly hair which gave it so much body and better health, while keeping it long as requested. Highly recommend her work.Services: Hair straightening
