“There was a long line waiting to be helped at the counter, but they have a self serve kiosk, 2 actually to assist with buying postage stamps, weighing packages for shipping, and a few other features so you don’t have to wait in line for the simple things anymore. Some things may still require an in person contact at the main counter to get handled but much quicker and easier to get in and out quickly with the new kiosk machines.”
“Great and friendly service. Post Master and staff are all top notch. I am bummed that the p.o. boxes are no longer accessible 24/7 but I understand that this set up was too good to be true.”
