Employees are mostly friendly, but are a little pushy and seem not too interested in answering questions. Have purchased tires here, but found better service (and prices) at Les Schwab, Big O, and Costco.

I've been to Point S on 2 occasions, both times as a walk-in. This business really impresses me! Their customer service is stellar. I'm acknowledged immediately upon entering the door. Great service. Always happy with what they've done. New battery and new tires from there. Tires aired up when needed and tire puncture repaired for free.
