I scheduled an appointment for my mom's car to get detailed after the previous owner of her car left a terrible heavy smoke smell inside and with my mom's asthma, I really wanted to get this done for her. I spoke with the owner and he was super friendly, professional, and worked with my mom's schedule to get her in and get her car done. He clearly communicated everything that would be done to her car and seemed to be very passionate about his job. I HIGHLY recommend this company because my mom was extremely satisfied with how her car turned out!!

Jason did an amazing job on my 2007 Tahoe. She’s looking new again. He got it ready for private sale for us and I couldn’t be more impressed with the integrity in his work and craft. Thank you again Jason. I will remember to come to you in the future.

Great job! The owner is awesome and worked with my budget when I just wanted to clean up my car a bit before passing it off to some new buyers.I will definitely be back and even got a gift certificate for my husband for Xmas.

I recently had my Honda Civic detailed I was quoted $325 for top to bottom cleaning hand wash and polish dressing inside and out including all windows and $75 for headlight restoration totaling $400. They had my car overnight and had called the next morning saying that they would be done with the detailing in about 30 minutes to an hour and I told him it would take me a little longer then that. When My husband and myself arrived about two hours later clearly they had done a horrible job. Right off the car was parked in the shade so imperfections of their work didn't show the back window was partially in the sun and was filthy, I'm not sure they had even cleaned it. As we pulled the car out into the light there was missed spots on the outside wash job my husband scraped off road gunk with his finger nail, the front bumper didn't look like it had been cleaned either. The inside things weren't completely cleaned either the headliner wasn't spot cleaned the windows are all horrible (corners and edges, swirl marks), the seatbelt latches weren't cleaned. Some of the issues were addressed while we waited 45 minutes to an hour but not to satisfaction. I had to leave my husband there to wait while they did some additional cleaning but when he arrived home I could not believe how horrible the windows still were and that's when I noticed that the seatbelt latches had not been cleaned and other small areas that hadn't been wiped completely. I would not recommend this company!

It was an amazing experience. I took my car in for an exterior detail and it turned out way better than I ever expected. I had taken my car to Macco for a paint job and they asked me to get it detailed first to make it clear what I would need Macco to fix, so I took it to Platinum. Now, there’s only one or two(which Macco already told me I’d have to paint for sure) left, and there were scratches all over when I’d started. It looks so good I’ll probably just wait to paint it! They were so nice and helpful! My car wasn’t in the greatest shape and they really went above and beyond to make my car look brand new! To anyone that’s looking for a detailer, this is 100% the place to go.

I can't believe my 11 year old Outback looks BRAND NEW again. My husband purchased a gift certificate for my birthday, I picked up my car yesterday and I am overjoyed with it, better than buying a new car! My cream leather seats look cleaner than when I bought it from the dealership, the carpets (which I never thought all the dog hair could be removed from) are so fresh and the cargo liner in the trunk is so shiny, I can't believe it.
