Great spot, just wish they were consistently open until later like 10pm or 11pm. I own a business and my schedule widely changes day by day so it's hard to be consistent with their current hours. Hopefully they change it!

Men’s restroom area in Locker room absolutely reeks like urine. Piss everywhere. On walls ground etc. I know not the best job in the world to do but it’s not being cleaned properly. Another issue is they have machines go out of service for months at a time. Besides that, some highs of the gym are the hours (used to be better) and selection of cardio equipment. Good place to go for cardio. I can’t imagine women’s restroom in locker room is as bad as the disgusting men lol so maybe take that part with a grain of salt if you’re a woman.

Well cooked, always tidy and clean. Even when it's packed it doesn't get stuffy. Great for casuals like myself.

The equipment padding could use some refurbishing. I recommend a casual lounge area to relax. Any other Planet Fitness I've been to have them. Staff friendly and knowledgeable.

Planet Fitness has been the best gym experience I've ever had. Their emphasis on a 0 judgement environment has made me feel comfortable coming in regularly to work out. The facility is clean and accommodating. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Ohhhh mannn I can go on and on about this gym Planet fitness is supposed to be a no judgement free zone but they discriminate against bodybuilders or anyone who wants to be strong and healthy theirs no ac the gym is hotter then outside also the blackcard member ship is a scam you might as well pay the $10 or $25.99 if your advanced or intermediate with weights don’t go to a planet fitness oh and if you work out to hard you will get kicked out lol I can go on and on really but don’t wanna feel like I’m writing a book

Little crowded at times. Missing a few key machines, but overall great bang for the buck and clean. Workers are very polite!

As much as I have enjoyed this location for almost a year now, I, along with two more of my friends, are leaving for another gym. Unfortunately the temperature rises far too much in the Redding heat for any of us to be able to work out comfortably. We have brought it up to the staff multiple times.

Planet Fitness here in Redding is an excellent local gym to get a workout in. They have lots of great equipment and excellent staff! Skyler, the manager, is doing a great job at this location.
If you’re looking for an affordable gym with lots of good equipment then you’ve found the place!

I like it but I wish they stayed open later all week even if they can’t do 24 hours. It’s hard to get in when I get off work at 11 pm. I think it got more expensive too $25 a month ??? Wasent it supposed to be $20!?

I've tried to call planet fitness at least 5 to 6 times and they say their voicemail is full and it says that their business for the flow is not likely that busy so how is it that this business is supposed to grow and no one's able to be at the phone when I'm trying to set up a plan to become a member here at this gym and they neglect the fact of having no telephone service or anything but I would really appreciate if this can improve.
