Arrived at 6:15 pm after blowing a tire on our travel trailer. He had us back on the road by 6:30 so grateful for this shop on a Friday night

I called to ask for help and I am inexperienced but instead of helping me figure it out he said ok and then hung up. He literally didn't help at all and maybe said 3 words before hanging up.

I called pitsop 2:30 sunday. website says they close at 4:00. They said they were closing early at 3:30. I said i would be there at 3:00. Then they told me they would be closed at 3:00 and hung up on me.

Let me just tell you that Pit Stop Tire Depot literally went above and beyond with changing our tires. They stayed open late to make sure we were able to get our flat tires fixed so my family could get home. They are extremely friendly, AMAZING rates, and did an excellent job. Great customer service too.

This guy was rude as hell. I asked about some tires he had displayed used, but in good shape, he said they were sold but had new ones. He was bullshittin ...He gave me a price on new ones. They were smaller than I wanted and he said the ones outside (used ones) won't work on my truck. They were exact size of the ones I have on my truck. So basically they were for sale he just wanted to trick me into new ones. I asked "so the ones outside aren't sold" he answered "no but won't work on my truck" New ones were better .. lol. I left and he was mad dogging me the whole way. Be warned , this dude a swindler. He seemed drunk or on pills or something. I

Called to ask about pricing on tires was told they don’t have them in stock i then asked if they could get them in and was hung up on. Maybe a bad day or something but definitely bad service ??

Asked for a used tire not expecting an almost brand new tire for a really great price. Also open Sundays which is a pretty nice bonus. Would do business here again.

This tire shop is truly amazing. Great customer services. Love how fast I can get my car back and how kind the people are there. If I would to go back, I would love to and this may just be my fav afterwards.

The are open Mon to Fri 8:30- 6:00 PMSat-Sun 8:30 to 6:00 PMThey had a great service and had a problem with their google accounts but they are open.

Went there to get some tires for the work van. One guy working there. Picked some tires, he started right away. $450 out the door. I'm going back to get tires for my car.
