I love this place just can't make the stars bigger I love the idea of recycling auto parts and saving our environment HOWEVER what I am giving this review about is auto sales and after on a year in the automotive field coming out of kindergarten would like to know the state of California law states that a seller is responsible for the vehicle being in compliance in other words no check engine lights no major oil leaks no missing catalytic converters etc .( yes by the first grade I was pretty educated ) besides who would want to buy a car that wasn't in compliance you can't pass a vehicle with as listed just a few I'm familiar with problems SO the law states THE SELLER IS RESPONSIBLE <<<THATS THE LAW ,NOW research has shown NO exceptions to the rule used car dealers new car dealers not even your grandma is exempt from this law and never in the law book have I seen PICNPULL or any other entities of recycles or dismantlers are . Note also Picnpull and their other interested parties are the ones doing the Clean air board buy backs and have been for years . Challenging review brought to your attention not to intimidate but to put in check ..

These guys do not pay top dollar for your car I got a quote one time for my 2000 Dodge pickup the vehicle still ran and drove the whole 9 yd and the best they offered me was 50 bucks $50 for running vehicles and that's the best they got so if you think you're going to make a quick cash come up forget it'50s all you get and if you buy a part and it don't work they only give me store credit they don't give you your cash back that's it that's another rip-off scam

why are the parts double to triple the price of a brand new part, even when parts are broken and chipped but can still work, they don’t even let their employees work with you on the price. why would i want to take junked pieces off myself just for the reward of paying triple the price for a more screwed up looking piece then it would look if it were brand new

It costs $2.00 per person to get in. It's pretty clean inside. You can purchase used tires here that are in decent shape. Outside, there is every kind of vehicle you can think of. Bring your tools and wear boots. You can purchase anything you find. You can also look online before you come to make sure they have the vehicle you need to find a part for.

I love this place personally. Prices are a bit high IMO, and they will nickel and dime you to death meaning they'll charge you for something you were totally unaware of buying and didn't need, so strip off anything and everything unless you nd it.

This wrecking yard nickels and dimes you every time you walk in! and will not check to see if a certain part is available! I don't like this store.

I confirmed that the vehicle was there on their website before heading down. I confirmed that the vehicle was there with the cashier before paying to enter the yard. Then, after spending 40 minutes looking for the vehicle, guess what, it's not there. They said whoops, they must have crushed it and not updated their system. No big deal, right? I asked for my entrance fee back. Oh heavens no. Nope. No refunds. "That's not how this works", they said. Thanks for wasting my time, Pick-n-Pull. Learn to keep your system up to date so you aren't just blatantly lying to your customers and then stealing their money. What a joke.

The Redding location is poorly managed. The online inventory doesn't match what is in the yard. Vehicle make models in the yard are mixed. The online inventory is probably 75% accurate. Set aside inventory accuracy issues. Employees are rude. Terrible people who don't have basic communication skills. These people will play childish games with you. Ask you questions, such as, "Are you here to enter the yard"? Refuse to answer basic questions, and will tell you to go to a window. The counter staff will route you back and forth between windows. Additionally, they will physically write on the painted side of inventory that is displayed, such as fenders, hoods, interior panels causing the customer more work. It's obvious these employees are not happy, however this is not an excuse to be a rude human being. Prior years this location was better managed and staffed with good people. This place of business has problems.

The people that work there are sneaky and rude. If you go prepare yourself on exactly what you're getting because they have little charges for everything and they overcharge big time. I would not go here again. I only went there because I had to
