Showed up to our scheduled appointment 10 minutes early for our grooming appointment. No one up front. We rang the bell four times with NO ONE Responding. We had to holler to the only employee on the floor for assistance. The lone employee went back behind the glass and after several minutes finally came out and said they were both washing dogs and would be out when they were finished. Atfter waiting another five minutes Crystal came out and angerly stated that they had tried to contact us several times to confirm our appointment (we never had to confirm before) and since we didn’t confirm they canceled our appointments!! I responded, you mean the Appointments You Guys made that I responded to and agreed to? That Appoinment?? Their grooming services have been subpar, at best, but it was close. We are happy NOT to Spend $150.00 on our Grooming and I am Happy NOT to TIP on top. Saved us $180.00!! So everyone you have been warned on their very Poor Customer Service.

I had a frustrating experience at this location. Despite having an appointment, I ended up waiting an hour and a half past my scheduled time. Additionally, the veterinarian was condescending and rude. I won’t be returning to this place.

They book 4 to 5 pet appts at the same time slot. Was waiting for over an hour with an appointment time.

I have never had poorer pet service than at this Petco. I waited for almost 2 hours over my appointments alloted time to get my roommates cat vaccinated (nothing else, just a simple vaccine). The staff have no idea how to handle or care for animals. I worked at a veterinary clinic for four years and if we ever offered service this poor, we would be fired on the spot.
