“The moment I walked in the door with my cat, I wasn't worried. The groomers were all very friendly. Kathi groomed my beast of a cat. He hates being groomed, and he needed it badly. He had a stinky bum. He came out so clean and his bottom nicely shaved. He also smelled amazing. Plus she put a cute bow in his hair, which I loved, but pretty sure he hates me for it...lol..I will be scheduling my other cat with her soon.”

“I so wish I had found Kimberly's sooner!! I had been taking my golden retriever to another groomer in town who often cancelled my appointments, the shop smelled and was dirty and their prices were extremely high. I found Kimberly's through a friend's recommendation and couldn't be happier and neither could my Golden Boy. They took excellent care with him, their shop is clean and smells good and all the animals are happy and calm while waiting to be groomed. My Max looked bettter than he ever has and I couldn't believe how low their prices are. We are SOLD on Kimberly's for life!!”

“We signed up our puppy, Gus, for training classes with trainer Katie and we're so happy with the results! Katie made sure to spend time with each pet parent to address any concerns we may have run in to throughout the week between classes. She was so patient with Gus and really made the training experience super fun. I was only planning on taking the puppy class but after seeing how much Gus improved with Katie's instruction, we have signed up for the intermediate classes to continue his education with Katie. Can't wait!”

My dogs didn’t end up staying here since I was able to get someone to watch my dogs at home but when working with the staff and taking a tour, it was beyond amazing. I would not hesitate having my dogs stay here if I couldn’t find someone to watch them. I do definitely recommend this place!”

“Our daughters fell in love with a ball python from petco so we decided they could get one for Christmas. On black Friday redding reptiles had a sale on ball pythons and had full starter cage setups available that they put together theirselves with everything you need for a ball python! Their sale also allowed free boarding until Christmas Eve which we were very excited about!!! We picked a young snake that was a little snippy so we decided to take her home and hide her to socialize her while the girls are in school. We have been going back weekly for feeders and are extremely happy with our purchase and the health the snakes are in. Our girl is much friendlier now and will be a perfect pet once the girls get her and her full new cage setup on Christmas!”

Although I didn't catch the name of the young man who helped me choose the best chewing toy for our new puppies, his kindness didn't go unnoticed. Ted's customer service was also top-notch. His impressive knowledge of dog food products guided me through various brands, providing excellent recommendations. His expertise instilled confidence in my purchase. I'm grateful to Ted for sharing details about the upcoming puppy social playgroup meeting. I look forward to bringing my fur babies to an obedience training course soon.
