Me and the wife (we are much different in height and weight) rented 2 bikes from here. They asked about our heights on the phone and our bikes were adjusted perfectly for us when we arrived.
The staff is super friendly, and knowledgeable. They gave us pointers and made sure we were safe, they even said if we have any issues, call them and they'll come to us and help. What more can anyone ask for??
As for bike quality? It was amazing. I have spinal arthritis and degenerative disc disease. After an almost 9 mile ride, I have zero pain.
This is a quality company that has quality merchandise.
The only "down side" is, we fell in love with this hobby and the service they provided. Which means we will spend all of our money here !!

Fantastic service. Had a great time.Definitely a must do. Rent an e-bike and ride to the Shasta Dam and back.

Jasper and his team are absolutely amazing. I purchased a consigned bike from them, ultimately due to no fault of the dealer my bike ended up having some issues. Jasper worked tirelessly to get the problem resolved for me I am beyond grateful to Jasper and his diligence navigating the corporate Pedego world for me. Top notch dealer.As for the bikes, they are so much fun to ride. Easy to manage and maneuver. The Sacramento River Trail in Redding is breathtaking.If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I bought two bikes from these guys. Good people willing to work with you. There are some bikes out there cheaper but you get what you pay for. There’s a five year warranty on their bikes, so go check them out. and by the way, the wife is the brains of the outfit.

I rented bikes at Pedego Redding on Fri, 8/4 and the bikes, customer service and the ride along the river was awesome! I would 100% do it again. The price was reasonable and we all had a great time. Next time I would rent the bike all day and ride to the Shasta dam. The bike trail is beautiful!!!!!

hi folks, have had my trike for a couple months & couple hunnert miles. enuf to get a grasp of the machine. overall, solid 4 out of 5 stars. sort of like getting your first bike at 13, oh boy i'm mobile!. I really enjoy the trike and remembering how easy it is to cover a bunch of miles. but, this is a pedal trike and you gonna be peddaling a lot. battery very strong for first couple dots. pedal assist drops off very quickly at 3 and 2 dots. Redding Pedego dealer excellent in every respect, shout out to store & staff. Had a couple chain issues that were taken care of at 100 mi check up. Probly good to know & understand how to put chain back on. you know, just in case. rear brake inop, gotta get that looked at next visit. redding is very bike friendly, lotsa really good trials with mild hills. Market street hill for example, no prob peddaling up with 5 or 4 dots. Not so much when down to 3 or 2. I ride to the local VFW post for mild libations whilst the guys are all oohs & ahs. I can sip a mint julep, its only 4 miles & a few minutes home. For me at 73, pedal trike is an excellent exercise activity. Kinda fun to jump on the hawg for a quick pedal to trader joes. Highly recommended.

Great way to sightsee the location is literally a half a block away from Caldwell Park which you can access the Sacramento river trails. The owners are so kind and helpful. It was a lovely time.

Such a great place. They took time to show our group of 10 individual instructions on the bikes. They really made sure we were ready to go and when a few couldn’t master it, they gave a refund. Loved our ride on the river trail.

So much fun! This was my first time on an e-bike and it was great. The staff was amazing, so helpful and patient. The shop is nice and close to the park with plenty of riding paths. There is a place on the bike for a water bottle, your cell phone and you can even borrow a bungie for a bag on the back. Helpful hint: It wouldn't hurt to practice on a regular bike before you go if you haven't ridden for a while. I managed but it did take me a bit to "get my sea legs back". Great experience.

Wayne is awesome! .......Easy rental, friendly service, worth the stop in Redding especially to ride to the Shasta dam. Bikes were reliable and definitely worth purchasing. A must do if you visit! Thanks again Wayne!

Wonderful experience with Jasper who answered all of our questions about who, how, where, what and why! Hahaha! We rented 4 bikes for four hours and had the best time ever, even though I got a flat tire on the way to the Shasta Dam. In my panicked frenzie with little to no cell phone reception in the middle of nowhere, about 13 miles into our ride, with about 2 hours left to get back to the shop before it closed- we were able to reach Jasper (luckily we had 4 cell phones w/ 3 different carriers and one of the phones worked- thank God!). He came to rescue us and give us another bike. Yes, we lost a lot of time but management was gracious enough to not charge us for the lost time. There's a reason the phone number is on the side of the bikes. Rent an e bike and cruise the beautiful Sac River- you will not regret it. Just bring a can of fix a flat and be sure to get a map to take with you!

My husband and I love our bikes:) Jasper and Duane are great and the service is fantastic. I ride my Interceptor all the time. My husband has a Trail Tracker which he loves on and off road. Pedego Bikes are awsome!!

My wife’s Interceptor started cutting in and out of pedal assist so we found the Redding store about 3 hours away. Duane went through several tests before he found the pedal sensor was shot. He replaced the sensor and had the brakes adjusted as well. Jasper the owner loaned us Boomerangs and we took the bike trail to Woody’s Brewhouse for lunch. 5 hours later and the bike was fixed and we were on our way. We can’t say enough about the service they provided! Thank you so much!
