Great store. Lots of cute clothes. Good prices. Men's and women's clothing. Clean. Very friendly associates. I came in to return something. The gentleman was very nice, friendly, and respectful. The process was very quick and easy. The store looked like it had a lot of new clothing. The store was very clean.

Gage was so amazing!! Very helpful, he was engaged and helped me through the toughest time of picking out clothes for a teenager!! Ugh. My son was very accepting to the picks we made. Thank you Gage!!

For the price point of the merchandise I wasn't too impressed with the level of service. It felt like they didn't really match. If I'm going to spend $110 on a flannel or $35 on a t-shirt then I don't really feel like I should have a discount store customer experience. I asked the employee for help twice as they were texting on their phone. It was my first time visiting this store in....uhh ever, so my first impression wasn't the best. I ended up just getting the T-shirt because I liked the feel and quality of it. Perhaps, the employee's lover was mad or maybe they had messages on Tinder...who knows. Anyhoo...thanks for reading and I hope others have a bit better experience.

You have to wait for someone to let you into dressing area, which takes a while sometimes and there's no sitting area to wait while shopping.

As somebody who use to work at this location a few years ago I’ve gotta say, wow. Absolutely no costumer service whatsoever. When I worked there we were to greet every guest within 30 seconds of them entering the store. I’m not asking the staff to be my best friend but acknowledging a guest in the store should be top priority. I’ve only been in probably 3 times this year and I’ve never been acknowledged by any staff even once. I was in a few days ago and two of the staff members were watching a video on one of their phones. I’m sure sales are down with the lack of costumer service. But the staff doesn’t care if sales are down because they don’t get commission off their sales and it shows.

The girls working in this location need to be fired ASAP!!! No customer service whatsoever and very rude to me!! Never shopping here again

The assistance manager. Help me get my size. And more. Stuff to buy. I had a lot of questions. And she answers them all. And yesterday 5 stars service as well. We love it that we came back the next day. At opening hours. To get my sister and brother some awesome pants. Thank you hope pacsun. Pay you enough ..... you are always their... But without this happy experience(its was you). I never would have gone back. And i Thank you for that. ..

Very clean and nice, however not really my style and in my opinion, overpriced. If moth eaten paint splattered worn ripped burned clothing is your thing, than this is the place for you. I will admit however, that they in fact do have some really nice clothes, but the majority I feel as if simply painting in a normal pair of pants will give the look that they're charging 50$ for. Again my opinion, I have friends who can pull off the look and look nice in Pac-sun clothes, however, I don't think I can pull it off.
