We stayed in their 2 room King suite. It was a great room, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great.
Our family traveled to Redding for a family member who was at Mercy Hospital. The receptionist offered us a reduced rate to help alleviate the cost of traveling without us asking. That personal touch was very appreciated.
I hope in the future to have the opportunity to stay at other Oxford Suites in better circumstances.

Always great accommodations here. This is the second time we stayed at Oxford suites. Breakfast is good and plentiful. I got a great night's sleep. Very comfortable!

Rooms very large and accommodating. The mattress and pillows were great. Breakfast very tasty. The only downfall I saw to this was the location. Quite a few homeless people but very convenient to the interstate.

Our room was super clean and seemed very new. The only issue was that the AC unit was in the living room area and it made for rather hot sleeping conditions.
Rooms: Freshly updated and clean but if you run hot at all the room will be too warm for good sleep
Nearby activities: Lots of restaurants near by and indoor/outdoor family activities
Walkability: We love walking, so for us there was plenty we could walk to, like our gym and restaurants
Food and drinks: We didn't have breakfast but it looked good. The complimentary drink in the evening was a nice touch and the bartender did make good drinks.

This place is exceptional! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub are set in a beautiful garden. The bed was so comfy and the room was spacious and clean. The complementary drinks and snacks at the bar are a nice touch. The barman was great and there was a good atmosphere in there. The breakfast was good too.
Rooms: Big and clean room

Excellent helpful staff all around. Very responsive and quick to address issues. Pool area is clean. Room is spacious. Two welcome drinks at the bar and snack on the first day was a nice touch. Overall a comfortable stay. A few items in the room could use an update like shower curtain and cracked cup/ice bucket. Front desk reception was helpful getting the items replaced.
Rooms: Spacious rooms. Wall is a bit thin so occasional sound from the hallway and next room TV can be heard.

First room smelled of biologicals, most likely grease trap. Second room, smelled of chemicals, most likely carpet cleaner. The AC was way too noisy so we had to sleep without. We expected the manager to find us the next morning to apologize about the first room, because of its smell we had to wait an hour and 10 minutes to get the second room cleaned, which didn’t get us into bed till past 1 AM. The housekeeping staff is lovely and this is why I gave a three star for Service.

One of the best moderate hotels in the area. The rooms are all updated with new furniture & a beautiful bathroom. There's a saltwater pool here, full bar & hot breakfast. They even offer happy hour snacks! Unless you want to drop $500 on a luxury hotel near the wine area, don't waste your time looking at others nearby just stay at this one

Well, this is my first time at this hotel, I was visiting from Sacramento. Overall, the hotel service was pretty good, I really liked the hotel room, that I stayed in and the amenities like laundry service and the swimming pool. The staff was really nice and respectful.

We were excited to enjoy our stay at Oxford Suites after reading all of the good reviews on google. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded free of charge to a bigger room due to the hotel hosting firefighters. Each adult gets one free beer/wine/mixed drink per night, I highly recommend the blackberry lemon drop! The pool was clean and well manicured. Our room was clean as well. HOWEVER, when we went to get into bed for the night we found a pair of dirty socks AND hair in the bedding. I called the desk and they quickly brought us new bedding and offered to make the bed. A manager was contacted and we were given 25% off our stay. Hopefully they can check in with their housekeeping staff about this. I would definitely give them a second chance because everything else was nice.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at the hotel. The room assigned to my wife and me had two outdated AC units that were incredibly noisy. We reported the issue to the reception immediately after check-in, and although a maintenance technician confirmed the problem, he couldn't fix it. With the hotel fully booked, we weren't offered an alternative room. Consequently, we endured a sleepless night and regretted our choice to stay at the establishment. Additionally, both the manager and assistant manager ignored our complaints and failed to address the issue.
We do not recommend staying at the property as its overpriced and does not match the expectations for a 3 star hotel.

The rooms were spacious. The service was awesome. Especially considering that they were full to the max with evacuees from the fire. They tended to everyone. Josh was especially helpful and caring with my 81 year old mom. Breakfast was awesome. And they had a lot of multiple families to feed. It is only 2 minutes from the sun dial bridge. A big win for us.
Rooms: Rooms were spacious. Smelled a bit like smokers in the halls.
Nearby activities: Love the sundial bridge and turtle bay being so close by for the family.
Food and drinks: The complimentary drink and food are an unexpected plus. Wich won my heart. You need to get there before seven in order to get your appetizer though. Which we missed.
