I love this place. My first time at OTF in Redding was early 2020, and it's the only gym I've ever been consistent with. When I started, I was insanely out of shape but never felt judged for it. Everyone else is pretty much busy engaging in their workout so they aren't watching you. There's a decent mix of people in terms of fitness level and age, so you won't be surrounded solely by super yoked men when you walk in for the first time. I love that you can ramp your workout up or down based on your needs, and the coaches will help you with alternative moves if you can't do something. The circuit training concept means that you won't get bored and you're constantly learning something new. The heart rate monitor helps you track progress, which is very motivating. The coaches make this place! They are SO FUN and encouraging, and most of them remember your name when you roll up. It's a nice culture! I've been to OTF in larger cities, and they aren't as friendly. I will say, like any other workout, it will take three to four months to notice a difference. I've never been this tone before, and the OTF workout is a great way to help manage anxiety and to clear your mind, which is priceless! Hands down this is the place you want to be if you want to get fit. The coaches push you to your potential. The members are awesome-friendly, staff is professional, and the place is clean and equipped with everything you need.

I love this gym. The classes are all different and always a great workout. The coaches are all friendly, helpful, and provide accommodations if you need them.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful OTF Redding is! It is always clean and the staff is amazing. The workout is always fast paced and fun, you will leave exhausted but it will give you more energy and life!

Orange theory fitness Redding is such a great workout studio. There is always great music and vibes. The coaches are super knowledgeable and fun. Highly recommend.

I started in June of this year and it's exactly what I was looking for!!! The workouts definitely kicks a**!!! I'm starting to see my body change, my mood's been a lot better. The coaches are so helpful, energetic, and full of positivity. Thank you, OTF!!

Honestly, i am just SO THANKFUL for Orange Theory. As a nurse and former gymnast i appreciate the intensity of the workout while also the emphasis on personal health and not competition. I started in Seattle in 2015 and one of the first things i looked for when moving to Redding was orange theory. It combines a fabulous work out with community connection. Reddings OTF has attentive staff both at the front desk and coaches in the workouts.

Good for needing to restart at working out. Not great for physique or individualized fitness plans. Workouts are repetitive and corporate does not use data intelligently. Lots of staff turn over creates inconsistencies in process which creates advantages and disadvantages for the customer. Loved the swag and orange theme. I still use the heart rate monitor with the free workouts on the app.

I am 15 classes in and in love! I have tried so many gyms in the last 6 months and this is the first one to hook me! Great workoit, amazing coaches and fun environment! I would recommend this gym to anyone and everyone!

I've been a member since Feb of 2022. I love working out at OTF! I've made friends here and look forward to every workout. The coaches have high energy (which helps on those early morning workouts)!
