“Very friendly, fast, and thorough service! It was not a busy time of day and the whole experience was maybe 20 minutes. I've been to Jiffy Lube many times, but this is the only location that vacuumed my car and offered a water or coffee refreshment while I waited. If I ever need an oil change again and am passing through this town, I will definitely stop here again.”

I wish I found Cassidy’s Auto Lube years ago. I would have saved a lot of money while best of all avoiding unpleasant employees who over charge. I was pleased to be met with smiles and conversation regarding me and my overall vehicle needs w/o selling more or pushing for other services. All checks were completed and car was vacuumed and cleaned.

I’ve been bringing my 2014 Jeep Compass to Rochas Auto since 2023, and honestly, they’ve been a lifeline for me and my car. When I first came in, my Jeep had a long list of things that needed to be replaced, and they took care of everything with honesty, speed, and professionalism.
A while back, my alternator went out again — it was still under warranty, and they replaced it at no charge. That alone meant so much. And another time, I was prepared to pay around $400 for a repair, but they surprised me by telling me I didn’t have to pay it right then. They just took care of the issue and made sure I could keep driving safely.
Recently, my car was having heating/temperature issues (something with the fans), and once again, they got me in quickly, diagnosed the problem, and got it handled. My car is running because of them, and I’m super grateful.
They’re family-based, trustworthy, and incredibly helpful. They even offer credit options for repairs, and on top of that, they’ve picked me up from work and dropped me off when needed. That kind of service is rare these days.
Every time I come here, I feel taken care of. They do their best, they communicate, they don’t overcharge, and they genuinely want to help people.
If you need an auto shop that’s quick, fair, knowledgeable, and treats you like family — Rochas Auto is it. I highly recommend them. ???
