I brought my Mini Cooper here because my check engine light came on while driving and it started shaking and puttering. They were super busy but took a few minutes to run the machine on it to make sure it was safe for me to drive home. It ended up being a simple fix so they took care of it right on the spot. They were very friendly and knowledgable!

Stacie who answers the phone and assisted me could not have been any more polite and helpful. I brought a vehicle in for a repair for a fuel pump and approved the repair. They did not start yet and I found out there's a recall on my vehicle, so I decided to take it to a dealership 70 miles away. Stacie was so gracious about the restocking fee. I was able to pay the restocking fee and get the help I needed without ruining a relationship with a great garage. I highly recommend them. They are great communicators. I got my transmission service done through them and was satisfied.

Thank you O2 for helping solve my vibration issue when driving my VW on the freeway. After a month of having a local tire shop in town try and diagnose the issue multiple times I decided to go to O2 and they were able to figure the problem before lunch. I truly appreciate all there help and definitely recommend them for not only there knowledge and skill, but customer service and patience. I look forward to coming back again or any maintenance needs on any of my vehicle. O2 Rocks and we are very lucky to have them here in Redding!
