Been with these guys since i was 18 now 43 run my own business wouldn't use anyone else always fair and looking out for my business sales . The ladies in the office run the show . Thank good for these girls and there dedication to detail.

Jim and misty are awesome, the other lady’s in there are rude and not helpful at all.
I’ve done my taxes there for over 20years and unfortunately without Jim and misty there anymore I will look elsewhere.

Very unprofessional. Will not do my tax returns. Brought them the paperwork the end of February and now it is the end of May and nothing. I understand one woman was having health issues in her family, but why doesn't someone else do the return? A nice gentleman said he would do them three weeks ago, but nothing. I called again to ask when the returns would be done and they offered to have their employee call me back, but I said she never calls me back when I leave a message. Then the secretary hung up on me. I have had it with this business. They just don't follow through.

Yikes! Rude woman, disheveled office, interrupted the front desk attendant before she could answer my question. There is a difference between professionally brisk behavior and flat out hostility. I turned around and walked out immediately. 3 minutes away was a lovely UPS store that charged the same price for notary services without the unnecessary drama.

Very slow this year and I question if they know what they are doing. The person doing them did not know that SSI was not reportable and asked for a 1099r when it was not a distribution, but a contribution. It's been there a couple of months, I'm not happy about it.

I have been a client of Number Crunchers for the last 10 years. I have interacted with Jim and Becky primarily. The staff is courteous and professional. We went into number crunchers to make two copies of a packet we had just spent an hour and a half organizing. A staple was accidentally left it in one of the packets which she should have seen since she counted and went through the papers. the lady went to copy it and it got stuck in her machine and she threw a huge fit at us that we could've broke her machine and that we needed to remember to take all the staples out and she threw our papers all over the counter which sprawled everywhere making them all come out of order that we just spent time organizing she was rude and unhelpful with the worst customer service ever. Then after copying them she wanted us to make sure that they were in order. We walked out after wasting our money!

I went here for the first time since my regular tax preparer has retired. Becky did my taxes and it was an amazing experience. Who can say that doing their taxes is amazing?! Well, it was! I'm Schedule C and have my own business and she was knowledgeable and explained everything. She answered my questions and was very efficient. I'll be keeping my business with number crunchers. Ask for Becky!

Had these guys do my taxes for the last 4 years and just found out that they have been messing up my taxes the whole time. Buyer be aware!!!! THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! These guys have lost me over a $1000.00 every year, and now I have to do an amendment for the past years. That cost me MORE MONEY! Thanks Number Crunchers!
