My experience working with NorthWest Pools from beginning with the initial on site bid was met with professionalism and straightforward explination of the process.The office staff, was knowledgable and helpful. The crew kept the worksite clean and were mindful of the surrounding landscape. The owner personally inspected each step of the project. The completed results met and exceeded my expecations. Someone should have a talk with their employees the truck in the photo was blocking the merge lane so no one could pass is exactly the reason we have merge lanes

They did a complete resurfacing job for us and also built a baja bench . Was originally scheduled for January 2021.Finally got started in May and were done by June 2021. Pool is beautiful and we are very happy. Once the construction was started communication lines were open. If you have patience I recommend them. Their construction guys and plaster guys were great. If not for the delayed start would have given them 5 stars. They do quality work.Services: Remodelling

It took over a year to get our pool remodel on their schedule because they are sooo busy. And it was most definitely worth the wait!!! It turned out beautifully and just how I wanted it. Their crews were very professional and did not leave any garbage or mess. I highly recommend them, you just need to be patient.

They were friendly but lost the colors and tile choice we picked and never contacted our contractor that we had come in. The lady in there spoke so loudly it was uncomfortable.

We had Northwest Pools up for a full remodel on our unground pool. This was one of the most unpleasant experiences we've had from a vendor. Not only was the work scheduling done in a very unprofessional manner there was no communication with their crews so in the end we had to finish cleanup, had the wrong color installed didn't get the features requested installed and have to repair our steps that to save time they cut off the pool. PebbleTech is a great product just do your research on installers.

Very knowledgeable staff, great customer service and very helpful technicians. Their store front is in a good location, their store hours during the summer are great. I have always had a great experience with this company, whether it's on the phone, in the store or at my home.
