Very kind and professional staff. Our dogs were there 5 nights . Our 2 dogs were content and well taken care of. The staff was even washing their blankets for us. The staff documents their stay how much they eat and potty. I really appreciate that. They have a play ballroom for extra exercise. I can tell they love what they do and care for dogs as if they're own.

After booking with them a month in advance they waited till we were on vacation to tell us our dogs vaccine was expired and wouldn’t take him. I have heard they have done this to other people as well, they will leave you stranded be carful.

Our dog Django is so cared for by the entire Nor Cal Pet staff. He is so excited and can't wait to get out of the car when we arrive.

My experience with nor cal pet services was amazing we had our puppy bear scheduled for a stay and where needing a shot still summer was able to recommend a local vet that got me in the same day at a reasonable price . And now we are all good to go thank you so much for the help and professionalism would definitely recommend.

My girl is always so happy to go here for both daycare and boarding. They take such great care of her. When we board her they send us pictures every other day and she always looks so happy

My dog stayed here a few years ago. He had separation anxiety and had escaped multiple facilities in the past. Nor Cal was able to keep him safely secured so that's a huge win in my book!
