Customer service is atrocious here! I complained to to so called manager and she did nothing to fix the problem. Then the real manager came out and was staring at the women talking to me. Then I saw the real problem, he looked like he had been on a week long, party and forgot to shower and put on clean clothes. It's the last time I will be in this store. Too bad because it's close to my home.

This great Save Mart has a super nice meat department with good looking cuts all displayed attractively. Prime grades are pricey but that's what you get. The service from the butcher was friendly and he wrapped the meat well. For Saturday night dinner, I got a prime grade rib eye and a choice grade filet Mignon. I had a BBQ expert do the cooking, perfect med rare edge to edge, no brown parts! Even though it was sort of pricey, these were some super tasty steaks and I'm glad to have this Save Mart here in Redding.

Wow the people working in the store bring a whole new meaning to lazy as F!! If I could give zero stars I would!!! It's not for the store it's because of the horrible terrible employees everyone (every woman) there could give two shits less about the customers too busy with their own lives to get off their asses and do any work. I hope they are all fired and you hire new staff who at least pretends to care about paying customer especially since we are paying a premium to shop at the store. I actually haven't had any problems with any male employees and I like the store but the female employees especially all of the do nothing Karen's you have working in the deli department, they need to go back to the DMV, or wherever they're lazy a***s used to "work", awful terrible horrible service experience, I don't plan to go back anytime soon, ZERO stars!!!!

wow!! I was on this side of town today, and decided to get a few grocery items. This is honestly the cleanest, Freshest and most organized grocery store I have seen in Redding! The Bakery and deli are outstanding! This was a hidden Gem to grab a quick lunch.

The TIPPING POINT is INCREDIBLE!!!!! They have amazing prices for the portions they give!!! Tri tip salad has a crescendo of flavors for your tastebuds! Tri tip loaded nachos satisfy even the hungriest of manly mountain men! The street corn is a one way ticket to heaven on the express way!!! The smooth and refreshing punch packing unicorn blended wine slushy will require a DD because you can't have just one! Great customer service!!! Fresh ingredients!!!! A MUST SEE MOVIE OF THE YEAR (in foodie terms )

9/21 I had the steak salad from the Tipping point cafe. The salad was fabulous, steak, salsa, corn and guacamole . There were chips on the side too. The salad was hearty and I had left overs for dinner too.Today 11/21/21 I had the pulled pork sandwich and coleslaw. It too was mouth watering. The meat was cooked perfectly with sweet crusty burnt ends . The salad was good too and tangy. The salad was small and I added it to the sandwich, it was a tasty addition I give both meals 5 stars.The staff was very kind and helpful too. The store was clean and had a large variety.
