“Ryan and Todd were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. I was there for a few (4) hours getting new internet devices, a new phone, adding and canceling lines as well as changing to a business account and changing addresses. Ryan worked with me and was very professional. One of the new internet devices didn't work and when I took it back both Ryan and Todd helped troubleshoot the problem. They worked diligently to correct the problem. I'm not very tech savvy and they were very patient. I definitely recommend this store!”

“TMobile has great service! My husband and I go through them for our phone service and we love it! The only thing we don't like is the Apple products. DANGEROUS!! I'm going to post an article that was on the CNN website from January 9, 2018 so everyone can see just how dangerous they are! So look on my FB page and you'll see how dangerous these really are. TMobile, I recommend that you drop all Apple products like the hot, dangerous products they are.”

“Once we were assisted by a representative, our visit very smooth. Initially, we did encounter some wait time due to the store being quite busy. However, after about 10 minutes, a person who seemed to be the manager (I'm not the best at remembering names) kindly informed us that there would be a slight wait as there were customers ahead of us.This gesture of communication really made our day and added to our positive experience at the store.”

They understood the need for a quick fix so I could stay in contact with my family. I was eligible for an upgrade and I got it at a fantastic price.Better than that was the exceptional customer service. Zach was very kind and knowledgeable about the products they offered, and he and the owner Debbie stayed long after closing to get me set up with a new phone. Zach worked hard to ensure all my apps and data were transferred, even though the previous phone was broken.Appreciation is not a strong enough word to describe how I feel about my interactions with Zach and Debbie.
