For the past 20 years, I have sent my husband or one of caregivers in to our local store to handle my Metro business. Never had a problem-- not once-- until this past visit, with my husband in attendance, where he was told that I must come, in person, to switch or upgrade, and cannot send anyone in my stead. So my question is- My own pain aside-- Who will pay the AMR transport bill when this is done? So my account is basically on stand by and my husband cannot make changes .. and sadly, as I am hardvore brand~loyal-- I am looking for a new carrier. Thankx guys.

Good salespeople. I have been with Metro PCS for at least 20 years total. Never any billing problems.
But I sure get a lot more commercials than I used to get. Very annoying it's like watching tv.
But the employees in the store itself was great

I was overcharged by the young man who sold me my phone a few days ago. Not only did he overcharged me but he failed to give me a recipe for my new phone and port over my old number. He also said he saved me $ 25 activated fee . $40 plan$ 49.99 phone$10.00 insurance I did not ask for and he did not ask my permission to charge$ 10 taxes and feesI paid $165.00Looks like I paid for the guy next to me to get a free phone . You guys are the reason this town is currently overrun by little men and women who think they are entitled to put their hands in the pockets of everyone else because they are weak and need a little bit of a punishment for becoming a adult dependent
