Seen Melissa for the first time today for a haircut and she exceeded every expectation I could have had! She listened thoroughly to everything I wanted and did not want and gave me the cutest haircut ever! I left feeling 10× better than I arrived! She's a sweet heart, super easy to talk to and most importantly takes everything your looking for into consideration! I will most definitely be back and recommend her to everyone I know! Also her salon is so gorgeous and elegant, hands down the most beautiful salon I have ever been to! So happy I finally found my hair stylist here in Redding!

As with the other 1 star reviews, some of the staff are very prone to rudeness. Just asking questions they are very curt. Perhaps their quality is fine but if you like being treated as a human being you probably won't make it to the point of knowing.

Melissa has been doing my hair for a few years now and she still amazes me every time I get my hair done! She is amazing at what she does! Anytime she has a suggestion on what I should do with my hair I always listen because I can fully trust her to make my hair look amazing!

I have been going to Melissa forever! Two other hair stylists have touched me hair before her but there will never be another! Every picture I show her she gives me exactly what I want and helps me learn how to keep it healthy. And even sometimes she surprises me with better than I even imagined. I’ve been going to her for I think 3 years now & love what she does for me every single time

Over books clients and is extremely rude when you show up for your appointment and then claims that she never scheduled that day and time. Also did not color my hair well and was rushed.
