  Lived here 2 years. Our manager is organized, runs things smoothly, is prompt with maintenance requests as well as the move out process. Landscaping and pest control were consistently well maintained. My only concern was people driving through fast at times and having 2 young kids. Otherwise we enjoyed this quiet townhome... read full comment

  Nice places. I was here to do the cleaning for the property management company that manages the units, so ai only spent a short time there, but really nice places, seems to be a quiet neighborhood. There were neighborhood kids but all seems respectful and ranged on age

  A very lovely townhome in a quiet location close to town. Management was always friendly, courteous, and responsive. Maintenance was outstanding. I very much enjoyed my stay here!
