“I go to this company on behalf of my work multiple times a month. Sometimes weekly and I would think it’s fair to say I have spent quite a bit of money with them. I went in today and spent a decent amount again. when I was paying my bill the lady at the counter, decided to give me a deal in waive the fee for bed disposals.(60$)I did not ask for that, but I thought it was a really cool gesture. I left the store and tied down my trailer.
So as I was finishing tying down my trailer and getting ready to leave, a guy pulls up next to me and says something like “I don’t know if you know or not, but she didn’t charge you for the disposal fee,” and I said yeah, “she gave me a deal. Thanks.” Then he said “yeah, I’m gonna need you to go in and pay that.” I explained to him that she gave me a deal because I do a lot of business with you guys and he repeated himself and said “I’m gonna need you to go in and pay for that.” Nothing else. I just said ok no problem as I didn’t want to get anyone in trouble or worse over 60$. I awkwardly went back in and paid, and the lady at the counter said that it was her dad which is the owner.
I guess this is more of a review on the owner and his decision to chase me down and pull up in his truck instead of approaching me respectfully And demand me to go back in and pay. It tells me something about the owners character be wary who you do business with.
Giving them 4 stars because they usually have the bed sets I need in stock and have been an over all decent company to work with.”
