“The staff here has to be among the most respectful and helpful staff I’ve met, taking time to help me while I was confused with something concerning shipping my packages.I came to Wrap N Pack because I needed to send my family members some items they were relying on me to get for their daughters quinceañera. The staff was very willing to help me out and answer any questions I had concerning shipping my packages. The staff was also talked in such an uplifting tone which was way better than the stern and harsh tone I have received from staff members at other shipping services because of this I was able to easily communicate with the staff here and quickly get my package shipped.The staff here contributes to the nice, welcoming, and family friendly environment at Wrap N Pack with how willing they are to work with people such as myself and show nothing but kindness.
