I've been refilling ink cartridges here for years, and have always appreciated the quick, friendly service. When I mentioned a specialty item I needed shipped this past week, they contacted another branch for the correct box size. When I brought in the item yesterday and the box hadn't arrived, they cut a box to size and packed my fragile item with great care. Kris and Sofia bent over backwards to help me get a special project to my daughter in time for Christmas, and I greatly appreciate the peace of mind that their quick and willing service gave me. Was it cheap? No. But it was important to me and they delivered. Very highly recommend.

AMAZING is the only way to describe this business!! The staff greet you upon arrival and work diligently to ensure you're taken care of and happy! Additionally they work hard to recycle supplies to keep your costs down! Won't go anywhere else!!

MAILBIZ on lake Blvd is a scam, I never got a signature for my certified mail and lost my case, I was denied a refund and screamed at and banned from the store by owner " Echo" Mailbiz should be called HELLBIZ?

If you like a place that treats each of their customers like royalty. This is the place. Every time I go there they make me feel at home. They store my info so I don't have to constantly give them information. They always try to save me money and they rarely have line.

Truly a awesome place to ship your shi...stuff. Don't waste your time at the PO with long lines behind strange smelling folks. Go here they can register your names and address so it's fast to ship to your friends and family. Plus Santa Clauses has endorsed there carriers.
