Ordered a refrigerator, propane stove, and microwave from this company. Waited 3 weeks for delivery. Items delivered finally but the people delivering refused to set the items up and left. We took the stove and refrigerator out of the box to find a massive dent in the stove that covers the full back…not useable. The back refrigerator has white scuff marks ALL over it. I spent 5 hours three days ago trying to fix the stove, clean the scruffs, off the fridge, and wait on hold to get a refund. The only thing that showed up with no issues with the small microwave in a box. After hours waiting on the phone to get a refund…someone finally picked up took my complaint and said someone would cal back within a couple of hours to address my concerns. Here we are 3 days later with A BROKEN stove sitting in my kitchen(they took my old one so I can’t even cook anything), the refrigerator looks like crap but at least it works I guess. I’m currently on the phone with my bank disputing the transactions since Lowe’s doesn’t want to call me back and address the issues. Disgusting company, super unprofessional, doesn’t answer phones…I’m confused about how this company is so big. I’ll be purchasing elsewhere.

I have waited for my new oven to be installed since January! Everytime I called to see what was happening I got the run around. Finally I was told my oven was in and an appointment was made.. No call and no show.. I was told my oven was lost. Now a new oven had arrived and a new appointment.. I cannot believe how they installed my oven it is completely wrong. I am not sure if these people are even licensed..The oven is sitting low with a big gap at top and I cant put my drawer back in ..

Most of the time the service is pretty good. I love the fact they appreciate the military and are patriotic. I wish they used the lockers for online orders more. Most of the employees are friendly (a few are not, but as a business owner I understand employees can have a bad day). Good selection and online ordering is very easy.

Update 5-29-2024 I find Lowe's response to this review absolutely pathetic (See below.). Why would I take more time from my day to call and discuss it with them. You didn't try at all. Honestly, you can buy bags at the local grocery supply store if your manager cared at all. Terrible service, and all we get is "sorry about that", hope you come by again.
Seriously Lowe's, I come to the store and have to ring up all of my items because the only thing open is self-checkout, only to find out that you're out of bags. No signs or anything to prepare you for that, just you ring up all your stuff and pay for it and then ask for a bag and you're told they ran out. It's getting easier every day to order stuff from Amazon.

I detest that self check out is virtually THE only option most days. A manager on the floor is non-existent.

Called looking to buy two new cook stoves and customer service was unable to connect me to any person in the appliance department. Just rang & rang with no one answering for a very long period of time. Will be going to carmona’s in the morning to purchase them. They have no problems answering their phone
