Thank you Lithia for a great car buying experience! I shopped around at a few dealerships before circling back around to Lithia Chevrolet. In the end we felt most comfortable buying from this dealership. James Jay was low pressure, friendly, and took excellent care of us. He was very informative about different vehicles I was considering and I felt like he was honest with is. I am very happy with the vehicle we bought and the price we got it at. I would highly recommend giving these guys an opportunity to earn your business!

When your giving a warranty, bumper to bumper, and told to go to a body shop cause they can't loosen a bolt to readjust a back hatch to center it. You finally realize how pointless it is to bring your car in get charged a diagnostic test to be told they can't do anything for you. I'd personally want to thank this Lithia Chevrolet for taking my money and doing nothing. Just to clarify my wife googled and fixed the problem with a 13m socket, in 2 min. Good job Lithia Chevrolet!

Just did an oil change, however 2 1/2 hours is a little much. They took my truck in right away and It wasn't that busy.

Took the truck in at 7:15 I have never waited so long for an oil change, 2" pm they were finally done but they lost the paperwork plus the keys and only compasaded $20.00 what the he'll is wrong with you people. Get it together would ya!
