Shopping for my son boot and a helmet for his birthday. Saw this sign. Most would agree that all the in stock fox gear would be 50% off. The younger guy at the service desk helped us. However when we went to pay The "service manager" was at the register. He was was a complete jackass about it. Tried to tell me that sign is clear as day for that rack(boots) only. I told him IHis sign is decieving and false advertising and his attitude just got worse. There are way better shops with happier workers here in redding. DO NOT COME HERE

I've been with them for many years. Never ever had a problem. Experience people, every appointment was done when they said. Serviced our Honda Aqua-Trax since 2002. It runs like a kitten. Just talked to their service department about a problem, and they were very helpful . See you in 2024 for our next service. Highly recommend ?.

"My husband recently brought our Ranger ATV to Lee's Honda in Redding, hoping to have an issue fixed and have it thoroughly serviced. My 72-year-old husband relies on this ATV for trips into remote areas, so it was crucial for it to be in excellent condition.We paid $1300 for the work, but when we got home, we discovered that the issue causing the ATV to miss between 1200 and 2400 RPMs hadn't been resolved. After a quick Google search, my husband found that it was related to a problem with the intake manifold. He ordered the part himself and replaced it within 15 minutes.When we contacted Lee's, they admitted they had missed the issue and promised to provide the part. However, they couldn't locate it in stock, and it took more than a month for it to arrive. To make matters worse, they tried to charge us over $70 for the part, despite us having already paid for the initial service.My husband managed to find the part for less than $63 in Winnemucca, NV, and it was delivered promptly. Lee's Honda's lackluster service and their attempt to overcharge us left us thoroughly dissatisfied with our experience."

My husband took his Ranger in for a service. He requested that it be gone through & checked for problems as he uses it to go into the woods far from cell service. He wanted to be sure it was in good condition. He told them that the vehicle was missing between 2200 & 2600 RPMs. When he got it back (we are 2 hours round trip from Lee's & had to deliver & pick it up) it was STILL missing (it was $1300 to have it "fixed" & gone-through)! My husband googled it & found out that that issue was caused by a problem with the intake manifold. Sure enough when he checked (took him less than 15 minutes to find it) it was broken and in plain sight. When he called Lee's they said "Sorry we missed that. "We'll get you one". The part finally came in & we went to pick it up. They tried to charge us $70+ for it!! We ordered one from Winnemucka NV for $63 & it was delivered to our house within 3 days.This is the second time we've hauled it to Lee's to get it serviced & gone through and a similar thing happened last time - it was a spark plug that wasn't changed that time. Since we bought it there, we expected much better service & treatment than we have received. Definitely go somewhere else for sales & service!'

Quality work, affordable prices, and committed mechanics...lees honda definitely has a customer for life here, I will happily spend my money here. They give quotes for the work but its always cheaper than the quote given. I would give 10 stars if given the choice

Had appt for a month talked about the quad they said Birng it down I traveled a long way to be ask how old it is its not that old. bought there first thing out of his mouth was its to old?? I said no way He told me to leave I cussed him and left a mechanic wanted to fight me do not go there they are lying thieves went to fators for half the cost and treated with repect I have bought a lot of Honda from them !!! never again don't go there !!!

They are great all the way up to the point of having to honor your warranty on the bike you bought from them. On multiple occasions they refused to honor my bike under warranty to the point of me having to call Kawasaki corp to get them to honor my bike under the 8 year extended warranty I pad for. Horrible services great salesman

Sometimes customer service is hot and cold. Great for factory parts. Local dealer for Honda and Kawasaki and other brands. Some used bikes available.

Went in to look for a bike. Customer service was terrible. Employees were not attentive and honestly felt like I was annoying them for being there. Tried asking about a bike that was sold, but they let me know that they didn't know when they were gonna get another and didn't bother helping me look at other bikes. Go elsewhere.

Over the years I have purchased several items from Lee's Honda and have been very happy with my service at the counter and with the items themselves. I have purchased 2 motorcycles, several helmets, batteries, oils, cycle and quad accessories and 2 Honda generators and have not had any bad service from any of the employees. Feeling as I do, I will most certainly shop at Lee's Honda Kawasaki in the future.
