I was passing through on vacation and needed a quick car wash. These guys were amazing! The service was fast and the two attendants actually scrubbed my front and side windows before sending me through the automatic wash. My car came out looking amazing and we were back on the road in 10 minutes. So worth it and I'll make a point to stop by again on my next journey through Redding.

Don't go here, I wish I would have read the rating before going. Got a $16 wash, left with scratches on my hood and trunk from the dirty rags they use to wipe off your car. Called the manager, he was extremely rude to me acting like I was making up that the staff were the reason I have damage to my car and told me I "was gonna get anything out of him" and to call the owner in the morning. I called back, to let him know that he was really rude on the phone and he cut me off to repeat what he told me previously and then HUNG UP! I made an insurance claim and thankfully the staff of the repair shop I went to buffed out the scratches for FREE, so I cancelled the claim.

I had a horrible experience today at this car wash. I had a problem with my tires slipping off the rail. The older man from the booth started yelling at me, "Don't come back here until you know how to use neutral!!!" I did have it in neutral and I didn't put on my breaks. One of the workers said I should just drive it through. But, the point is, a customer should never be treated this way. I was very civil with him. A customer should never be yelled at or be treated in a disrespectful manner.

I came in for a car wash last week. And I never want to go back. I went on my break because it was near my work and I usually go to the other one off churn creek. Needless to say the guy that helped me was right off the bat rude to me, because I accidentally drove past the window by a few feet and had to reverse. I tried to laugh at myself, but instead of greeting me the older man at the window started making comments to make me feel stupider, when I tried to apologize that I didn't see the little building where you were supposed to pay he made me feel worse about myself, by asking me if I knew how a fast-food drive through works and rolled his eyes at me. He said, "even at a drive-through food place you have to pay where the prices are. I wanted to leave immediately, but was embarrassed so I got a car wash, but I never will again. Way to make a paying customer feel stupid for a simple mistake. I would give 0 out of 5 stars because he didn't even attempt to greet me or say a nice thing, it makes it very hard to be nice when you're being treated like a child. Terrible customer service and no friendly people.

Terrible service right of the start today. felt like I was not the customer yet an interruption .Guy at the front (appears to be the owner) — asked me to move car closer to window which is fine no big deal — then as i finally was able to reposition my car so it’s within his reach and handed him my stamp card with one hand and searching for my credit card with the other to hand him — he did not accept the stamp card nor made an attempt to reach out for it instead said — “if you could just hand things at the same time that would be great coz I don’t want to keep opening my window”. Shocked and left feeling like I was a bother I politely said you know I’ll just catch you next time.There were no other vehicles in front of me — I felt like I was bothering him being there attempting to pay service .Not to mention , I was actually hesitant to return since the previous times I’ve gone , the car is not cleaned thoroughly especially the tires and bumpers. I decided this time - eh why not looks like no line so I went only for this experience to confirm this place is terrible.Service: Car waxing

This is my go to car wash. Price is right, job is adequate for the amount of time spent. This past Tuesday I went in and it seemed to go as usual. However, when I got home and got out of my car, I was appalled at the amount of dirt on the roof and trunk of my car. Mind you this is the same car that a young man who works for the car wash had just hand dried my car and apparently the dirt that was not washed off! I didn't go back because I had a car load of groceries to unload and put away. I was also really disappointed again with the customer service we are routinely not being given at just about everywhere you go. The standards of customer service are really low and much is blamed on the Pandemic. Really??? Employers need to demand quality customer care!.

Waste of $15 plus tip. The wash unit/machine is old and worn out. My truck was still very dirty after their most expensive wash. Plus, the rags they used to wipe down the truck, made my windows look like they had a coat of old motor oil on them.

I had my car washed today. Paid $15.00. When I looked at my car it was still dirty on the passenger side. I went back and told the gentleman that the passenger side was still dirty and that it looked like the brushes weren’t working properly. He didn’t leave the booth to see what I was talking about. Instead I heard the following :It’s that time of year.They didn’t scrub it.I don’t know.I have used this car wash many times in the past. Needless to say I won’t be going back.I wasn’t offered a rewash which would have made me a happy customer. Instead I felt that my dissatisfaction wasn’t important. The fact that he didn’t even look at my car was very upsetting.

Just like the name of the establishment says, bring your car here if you want it to be cleaned quickly. The pronoun wash is just $15 and they'll hand dry it for you at the end no matter what wash you get. Make sure you give them a tip- it's often hot out and they work hard for it!
