We visited your store to shop for several items. The sales lady was nice and was trying hard to make a sale until an older slim gentleman approached and signaled her to move on. She pretty much just walked away from a cash sale and lost our business because he made a poor judgement call based on the way we looked because he hadn’t been involved or even spoke with us. Never judge a book by the cover or look at yourself as better than someone else. You never know someone situation. We won’t ever be back.

We were in the store for about 20 minutes and no one came to help! That's twice we have had the same experience and it smells in there of import furniture. We won't be back.

Valinda was very helpful. She even gave me the measurements of the furniture so I could see if the living room furniture would fit in our room!

They do not offer any extended warranty for their products. For the price you pay for the furniture you would expect it to last more that a couple years. I purchased an electric recliner which no longer reclines. Because they have had troubles with this particular model in the past they would not even send out a service person to check it out.

We've been shopping for a couch and for some reason never ventured in to Kuebler's. I think we figured it would be way outside our price range. Well, recently we were grabbing a bite to eat in that shopping center and decided to pop in. We found a reasonably priced set that we thought would work perfectly and the salesman that helped us out (Don) was very pleasant to deal with. Super nice, not pushy at all. We went ahead with the purchase and were going to have to wait about 6 days for the new ones they had in stock to be transferred from another store. In the mean time we found that it wasn't going to work out after all and we called to cancel the order before it shipped and request a refund. What I appreciate is the consistent quality customer service from start to finish. Don didn't make us feel bad or act put out with us cancelling last minute. He was still kind and pleasant to deal with and because of this we will definitely put Kuebler's at the top of our list when shopping for furniture locally!

Kathryn was helpful in picking a dining room table for me. I grew up in CV and ate meals on tv trays, not a dining table. I showed her pictures of the space it would be going. It works perfectly. I am so happy I shopped local and got what I wanted in a timely manner.

Even those with seemingly good intentions can be guilty of making an error in judgement, as I believe is the case with Keubler's furniture. I went to the store with the sole purpose of purchasing a chair. I did not go to Keubler's because they were having a sale, that was something I stumbled into. I selected a chair but as it was nearing the end of day on Saturday and I needed to leave for an appointment so explained to the saleswoman that I would be back the following day to complete the purchase. When I returned to pay for the chair, the following day, I was met with the statement that the chair (two, both in stock) had sold. I was stunned, in shock, and felt angry at the betrayal. It was unbeknownst to me I had arrived in the middle of a bargain basement selling frenzy of buyers rapidly buying up merchandise that had been severely reduced in price. In fact, I wondered how a 50 percent off price could still yield a profit, or if the merchandise was defective in some way. I had no idea there was such a huge mark-up on furniture. As a known customer, my word that I would be back in the store to purchase the chair in less than 24 hours was ignored and the chair was sold out from under me. Do you suppose that would not be a rude awakening. In my opinion, as a known customer, this was completely wrong. I should have been respected and had the option to purchase the chair as I said I would. Instead the total disregard felt like a slap in the face. It seems customer service and customer relations do not apply when there is a sale. Management's only defense was their unwritten rules for a sale, and disappointed customers were just a casualty they expected in a ruthless sales environment, it happened to others I was told, as if that should justify what took place. The chair no longer the issue, instead it was about how the store treated me as a customer and how I feel wronged as a result. Needless to say, I can buy a chair elsewhere.UPDATE: I learned something from my experience at Kuebler's, not just about how they treat a customer, but about their pricing. They had a huge sale that attracted a big response, everyone was frantic to buy at the alleged greatly reduced prices. After the debacle at Kuebler's, I had the good fortune to purchase a Lay-Z-Boy recliner for little more than the 'half off sale price' on the Keubler chair. And that was the chair that I was told was not of high quality and therefore wouldn't last very long. I had excellent help at the furniture store I went to and their delivery charge was half of what Keubler charges. So I question the legitimacy of the half off sale, because the original prices seem overly inflated.

Came in to buy a mattress set, all the employees were sitting down, conversing with each other. It would have been nice to have gotten help with info on mattresses instead we were pointed in the right direction and left alone.
