Receptionist on the cashier very slow, appearance 1 to 5 give it 3. The cashier that attended was a man who's clothes were dirty and appearance looked like he just woke up. Not shaved and bathed.

The checkout system is beyond frustrating and ridiculous.
One clerk checking out. 6 people in line.
Two clerks standing at self checkout talking and ignoring the line. A good 7 minutes. Tyler finally sauntered around to open a check out. He was personable. Asked all " the right " questions.. .. too late .....I was already pissed!
I DO NOT want to check out my own stuff! EVER. If I wanted to do that, I'd by pass the whole shopping experience and order everything on Amazon.
That plan is putting stores out of business!
Customer Service! PLEASE!

I used to go shopping here often but today I got opproached by a man that asked if i needed any help I said no I was just browsing but that I may need a dressing room shortly and he radios someone at the dressing room explaining what all I had in my cart and asked that a dressing room be free and clear of any hangers and tells me there is one waiting for me. I finished up within 5 minutes and headed to the dressing room where that guy tells me the dressing rooms are closed and I can buy my items since there is a return policy. Very very rude and disapointing to be treated like a shoplifter. He could have definitely warned me that the dressing rooms would be closing in 5 minutes. Don't shop here.

They closed them men's dressing room and made the women's dressing rooms unisex!!! Very uncomfortable sending grand children in there and my husband refused to enter!! This is not OK!!!

The store is usually pretty clean and shoppable. I was disappointed in the "sale" prices for a Saturday. Either way, I usually have an overall good experience.

I only came here to drop an Amazon package, but the store was neat and well organized. Staff greeted me at the door, they were very friendly and offered any assistance. Sephora is in the center of the store it was busy. I have not shopped at Kohls but afterbthis experience will certainly try it when I decide to do some clothes shopping.

Had to do an Amazon return. It's all the way in the back left side of the store. My return was quick and easy. Associates were friendly and a few in each department as I made my way to the back.

Cashiers are not very friendly. Always seem overwhelmed. Sephora peeps are great!!
