First time ever going to Kimberly, it was amazing service! I told her I’m learning how to do maintenance trims for my pup in between grooming. She even gave me a few tips for trimming and showed me a quick way to do it. (Let me be there for everything!) I can’t recommend them enough ?

As someone who isn't from the area, and just searching for any high star rating Dog grooming in Redding, especially same day service. I'm SO GLAD I chose Kimberly's Dog Grooming, after noticing 10+ years in the business they are the type of small business I'd support. I love that I was sent photos and text updates of when my dog was all done. Overall they will treat your dog with T.L.C❤️? THANK YOU!

Kimberly drilled down my 9 pound dogs nails so well that i cant even hear them clicking on my wood floors !! her place of business is very clean.

I so wish I had found Kimberly's sooner!! I had been taking my golden retriever to another groomer in town who often cancelled my appointments, the shop smelled and was dirty and their prices were extremely high. I found Kimberly's through a friend's recommendation and couldn't be happier and neither could my Golden Boy. They took excellent care with him, their shop is clean and smells good and all the animals are happy and calm while waiting to be groomed. My Max looked bettter than he ever has and I couldn't believe how low their prices are. We are SOLD on Kimberly's for life!!

Groomers are great. Location is a problem. There is an Asian massage place next door. The two share a tiny parking lot with 4 parking spots. Every time I drop off/pick up my dog the owner of the massage place comes out and actually screams at me - a few inches from my face - about which of the 4 spots I parked in. Last time, I had my daughter with me and it scared her because the lady was making threats about calling the police, sending me to jail, etc. We continued walking and didn't engage with her but when we came out she had blocked my car in with a couple of dumpsters so I couldn't move it.

A great service at a fair price, good value when it counts, and my dog loves going, which is not usually the case. Give them a try! I will go even when we come in for a visit :) a tidy, well groomed pup makes for a pleasant travel companion.

We like this place. We really, really like this place. It is extremely difficult to find good customer service these days; regardless of the type of business. Sometimes I think people have just quit caring about anything and some folks are just plain rude. This place is great. Never really needed a dog groomer before but, we need one now. Kimberly's has groomed our dog three times now and the service is just as good now as it was when we started. She is nice. The place is clean. She answers the phone. Our dog isn't afraid of the place. She tells you exactly how long she is going to need and is done when that time is up. The little guy looks like a million bucks when we pick him up. A mixed-breed mutt terrier slash whatever jumped the fence kind of dog looks like the canine equivalent of James Bond when we pick him up. Like Sean Connery in Dr. No; after a few days...more like Pierce Brosnan in Die Another Day. One great looking guy. Prices are fair and absolutely reasonable, not too expensive; but I am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for". Kimberly's has been doing right by us since the first minute we walked through her double doors. Nothing average about this place.

I called Kimberlys hoping to get a last minute appointment (wasn't holding my breath as it's foxtail season) and lucky me! She was able to squeeze me in between appointments. I only needed to have my dogs feet, toes and legs trimmed up to help with the foxtail battle. I offered to wash him before hand to make it easier and planned to stay to wrestle him down (he's young and had never been to a groomer before). While we were there she offered to do his nails and continue the shave to his whole body. Of course since she offered I took it! She did a great job and I fully plan to go back (with a proper appointment next time).

Nail trimmings are fast, easy and good pricing. Always a great experience when we go there, my dog gets rewarded with treats which is a plus. I would recommend.

This place is absolutely amazing, took our two little dogs in for nail trims, our dogs are huge babies and bite. They did their nails so fast and perfect, and were really nice too.I still feel bad with the way our dogs acted, but they handled it like pros.Thank you guys so much, definitely recommend.
